Affordable and Tasty Nasi Lemak at Bungkus Kaw Kaw

#kotakinabaluguide During my trip to Kota Kinabalu, I stopped by Bungkus Kaw Kaw for a quick meal and was pleasantly surprised. The café’s retro vibe and cozy setup made it such a nice spot to sit and enjoy a traditional Malaysian dish. I ordered the Nasi Lemak Ayam Masak Merah, and it was absolutely delicious. The rice was fragrant, the sambal had a nice spicy kick, and the ayam masak merah was tender and flavorful. It felt like comfort food done right. For a budget-friendly and satisfying meal, Bungkus Kaw Kaw is definitely worth visiting when you’re exploring Kota Kinabalu.
