Holiday inn JBCC reception lobby

A spacious and welcoming reception lobby. I must admit this is one of the fastest check in lounges at IHG hotels. I arrived at 12 ish and handed over my passport for check in. My room was ready and keys were issued within 5 minutes. I did not have time to chat with the receptionist at all. Also, there was no crowd at check in either. The receptionist was fast and efficient.
