Traditional Hakka Noddles

Hakka Yin in Ipoh serves traditional Hakka noodles in a cozy and “traditional” looking restaurant. This place have been around for a while but what a pity I only discovered this place now. The design of this place is very nice, feels like travel back in time and eat at a “traditional” looking restaurant. They serve local breakfast such as noodles, toast and etc.. their coffee is really good here, service here is excellent as well! We ordered a traditional Hakka noodles, it served with 5 mini pieces of “Liao”. The noodles tasted authentic, not too soft and the hardness of the noodles just nice. I love the “mee tai mak” soup and it was delicious!! The soup was so tasty and love it when the soup is still hot. We also ordered a polo bun which was delicious, the bun was crispy and the butter was just nice. It paired perfectly with coffee ice.
