Banff Ski Resort - Sunshine Village Ski Resort

Go skiing with friends at Sunshine Village Ski Resort in Banff, a large ski resort with a vertical drop of 1070m. There are three peaks in the ski resort, Goat's eye, Lookout mountain and Mount Standish. Usually Goateye opens only in January each year, with many moguls and difficult paths. The top of Lookout Mountain is above the treeline, a wide expanse of snow mountains, somewhat like the European ski resorts. However, the disadvantage is that there are often flat ski trails, which are not very friendly to snowboards. I remember that I liked this ski resort very much when I came to Banff last time, because the ski trails are wide and you can ski wherever you want. This time I started snowboarding and I didn't have enough physical strength to feel that there were some flat roads. It's a bit tiring to ski. But I still love the scenery of this ski resort. The view of the large snow field from the cable car is refreshing! ❄ There are many cable cars in the ski resort, so the flow of people is relatively dispersed. Basically, there is no need to queue for each cable car. There is also the only windproof and heated seat cable car I have ever taken in Canada (really the only one, 🇨🇦 people are too cold-resistant, this facility is incomparable to European ski resorts).
