Skin-revitalizing Afternoon Tea

The Italian restaurant Cucina at Marco Polo Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui has partnered with the renowned skincare brand Fresh to launch a Red Tea Skin-revitalizing Afternoon Tea from May to mid-July. Centered around the theme of red tea, the menu features a series of exquisite savory and sweet treats. The savory items are particularly outstanding, including Sicilian octopus with red tea mashed potatoes and tomato, foie gras mousse with red tea milk jelly and gold leaf, Parma ham with melon, Italian-style toasted bread with ricotta cheese and truffle honey, and half a tomato lamb pie. Each dish is a feast for the senses. Enjoying afternoon tea while gazing at the stunning Victoria Harbor view, guests can also take home Fresh trial samples.
