Personal Experience of Crowne Plaza Kowloon East Buffet Lunch

Today, I had a buffet lunch with my mother at the Crowne Plaza Kowloon East's Chef's Table restaurant. The place is very spacious and crowded. There are various types of food, and among the popular dishes, most of them taste quite good. The dishes worth recommending are the chilled prawns, Hainanese chicken, and siu mai. First, I recommend the chilled prawns because they are fresh, crunchy, and very delicious. As for the Hainanese chicken, the meat is very tender and tasty. Additionally, the siu mai is also a recommended dish because it is generously filled, and the shrimp inside is crunchy and flavorful, making it very delicious. However, the Peking duck needs improvement as it is too tough and the meat is bland. Apart from this issue, the other dishes taste good, and the staff are friendly and very polite. I hope to have the opportunity to enjoy the buffet at this hotel again next time.
