Quiet Trails & Mountain Feels

#summervacay Took a chill day trip out to Yeongchusan in Hamyang, and it was such a peaceful little adventure. The trail isn’t super famous, which means barely any crowds, just birds, breeze, and your footsteps. Loved it. The hike starts off mellow through a forest that feels straight out of a fairytale. Super green, lots of shade, and totally quiet. As you go higher, it gets a bit steeper, but nothing too wild, just enough to get the heart going and make you feel like you earned your snack break. At the top, the views are surprisingly awesome. You get that wide-open look at all the surrounding hills, and the wind up there? So refreshing. I found a flat rock, stretched out, and just chilled with some kimbap and tea like a mountain bum. Honestly, Yeongchusan isn’t flashy, but that’s what makes it great. Perfect if you want nature without the stress. Peaceful, pretty, and totally underrated. Will definitely be back.
