Hotel Monte Hermana Fukuoka Twin Room B (with breakfast)

The day before the trip! On the first day, the route to the Osaka accommodation becomes unavailable. Due to the impact of Typhoon No. 7 Lan, all Shinkansen and local train services to Osaka are suspended for the entire day. As a result, I had no choice but to cancel the Osaka hotel reservation and start looking for a hotel in Fukuoka. I've stayed at nearly 20 different hotels in Fukuoka before. Fortunately, there are still dozens of places I haven't visited yet, so I have a wide range of options. This hotel has been on my radar for a while, and it stood out on one site for offering the lowest price compared to others. Yes! With no hesitation, I booked it. I reserved a twin room with breakfast for around 7,000 yen. I arrive in Fukuoka early in the morning, around 7 AM. Thanks to the opening of the Nanakuma Line, traveling to the hotel has become more convenient. The hotel is located roughly midway between Tenjin and Yakuin, in a residential area. It takes about 10–15 minutes on foot to reach either direction. Since I'm only staying for sleep, I don't find this location particularly inconvenient. During check-in, I was assigned a high-floor room, specifically the central room on the top floor. From there, I can see Canal City and Hakata Station. The hotel features a modern and European-style design. A friend from Tokyo mentioned that this is part of the Monterey Group of hotels, and upon entering, I noticed that the amenities are indeed similar. This hotel provides complimentary bottled water and one-piece style pajamas. Security is good, as the elevator and guest floors require a card key for access. However, the bathroom is quite cramped, and the bathtub is small. The breakfast dishes are all disposable items. The breakfast itself is decent, and the staff are friendly. Thank you.
