So I headed to Khoai Lang Nuong – this place is totally my vibe! The space is cozy and rustic; sitting and chatting with friends in the rain while enjoying grilled food is the ultimate chill. The dish that impressed me the most was the grilled beef in golden sauce – the meat was tender, juicy, and the sauce was incredibly fragrant. Then came the sturgeon hotpot cooked with starfruit – slightly sour and sweet, with fresh and firm fish, it really warmed me up. The only downside is that you have to come early or make a reservation because the place gets very crowded. But honestly, I can’t blame the lovely staff because the food quality and price are great. If you’re craving grilled food on a rainy day, this spot is definitely worth it – you might even forget it’s raining!
