【Chiang Mai】Kalm Village: an art and design complex and museum, suitable for rest and sightseeing

#September2024 When I first arrived in Chiang Mai, Thailand this year, my friends recommended that I visit the Kalm village art space and museum in the ancient city. The reviews were very high and I was greatly shocked after I went there. This should be Chiang Mai’s first art and design complex with an international vision. Kalm Village is a perfect combination of modernity, tradition, comfort, refinement and practicality. There are chairs with a sense of design in the hall and at the corners of the stairs, where you can sit down and rest in the sun at any time. The center is equipped with galleries, boutiques, restaurants, yoga studios, small museums, exhibition halls, cafes and libraries. From the highest sky loft, you can overlook the upper part of Wat Chedi Luang and see the sunset glow at sunset. The top of the attic is decorated with striped lanterns 🏮, and even the lanterns are modern versions, different from the colorful and gold-inlaid ones on the street. It really doesn't feel like a day is enough to spend in this place full of artistic atmosphere.
