Blackpool pleasure beach - Oct 2024

I visited Blackpool Pleasure Beach in October 2024 and honestly, it was such a brilliant day out! Despite it being the off-season, the park still had such an exciting atmosphere, and the Halloween vibes made it even better. 🎢 The rides were amazing – I finally faced The Big One (still can’t believe I did it!) and Icon was a firm favourite, smooth and full of adrenaline without being too overwhelming. There was a good mix of thrill rides and calmer options too, which made it easier to pace the day. 🌧️ The weather was typical October – a bit chilly and drizzly – but nothing that ruined the fun. I’d recommend wrapping up warm and bringing a waterproof just in case! 🧠 As someone who’s neurodivergent, I appreciated the quieter queues in the late afternoon. Planning ahead helped loads – I booked online, checked maps beforehand, and found some great sensory-friendly spots to chill when things got too much. 🎡 The whole trip brought back childhood memories while creating new ones, and it was such a great mix of nostalgia and excitement. Whether you’re going for the thrills or just a fun day out with friends or family, Blackpool Pleasure Beach still holds its magic.
