Let's update another new cafe for café hoppers to follow. SHALOBA is located on the 2nd floor of Salil Journey Riverside Hotel, a newly opened riverside hotel with beautiful decorations and convenient parking. The shop is open and airy with long glass windows, making the sunlight look beautiful. Photography enthusiasts should love it. SHALOBA's menu starts with many signature coffees to try, including brewing methods such as French Press, Drip, or the highlight, Sand Coffee, which is ground and buried in hot sand, slowly heated through a long-handled pot (I recorded a clip, I'll post it in the comments for you to watch). The origin of this method is the Turkish Coffee style of Turkey, but the shop uses filter paper again to filter out the coffee grounds, making it easier to drink. The menu that my friend and I tried was 'After Sunset', which uses Ethiopian beans mixed with oolong tea and lets us pour it over ice ourselves. It's a beautiful set. Another menu I tried was 'Sunstone', a Thai tea menu served with dessert. It was refreshing.
