In a world where everyone is trying to freeze time, what are we afraid of? Wrinkles on our skin or changes in our minds? "Coming of Aging: Before the Right Time" is an exhibition that invites us to explore aging through reviewing our feelings, listening to stories from people who have experienced change, and answering a simple question: "How do you want to grow old?" 🍂 In this exhibition, Eyedropper Fill, in collaboration with the Health Learning Center, Thai Health Promotion Foundation, invites us to explore our inner feelings through a psychological art space that invites us to use our senses to review how much we understand about aging, have we ever stopped taking care of our minds during our growth, and how ready we are to move on to the next season of our lives. 🌱 This exhibition invites us to understand and accept aging, not as the end of youth, but as a natural transition for humans, through 3 main zones: 🔍 Beneath the Surface – A room that reflects the heart, an immersive experience zone that will take us back to the present through sound, light, and shadows. Questions reflected on the surface of the water and walls, such as 'What is it that you dare not admit about yourself today?' This space does not provide answers, but rather opens your heart to ask yourself questions. It's like looking up at your reflection in the water again. 🍂The Tree of Tales - Across time, sit under the big tree in the center of the room and listen to the real voices of 3 lives who are facing changes in their bodies, minds and societies. The lights, sounds and images in the room that change with the seasons will gradually take us on a journey to understand aging through the experiences of others, which may not be a sad thing, but an understanding of humanity. 🌿 Embrace the Next Season - Welcome the new season. The final point of the journey is the beginning of acceptance and growth. We will answer questions like "How do you want to grow old?" Write them on Sa paper and tie them to vines full of hope from others. Aging is not an enemy, but a "season" of life. No one is too old for inner growth. When we dare to reflect and open our minds, it is the beginning of a deep understanding of ourselves. Because we are all aging...in different ways. And that's okay. Sometimes...we are not afraid of aging.
