Fresh, crispy vegetables, mixed with Japanese dressing and crispy fried whitebait, sprinkled on top, crispy, salty, and oily, just the right amount. • Donburi (rice topped with assorted raw fish) 🍚 Every bite has good ingredients. Fresh raw fish, beautiful fat margins, sushi rice seasoned to perfection, each bite is balanced, no need to try too hard, just eat and it's "really delicious in a Japanese way". • Grilled crab fat topped with uni (Kani Miso + Uni) 🔥 A dish that makes us smile every time we eat it! The fragrant aroma of warm grilled crab fat combined with the creaminess of uni on top.
