Must-eat dessert in Jeju in summer, Bimai Guest Mango Bingsu & Croffle Review

I tried Jeju Apple Mango Bingsu and Peach Croffle at the ‘Bimai Guest’ cafe located in Jeju Aewol. First of all, the mango bingsu is overwhelming in appearance. It is topped with ripe raw mangos and mango pulp is hidden inside the bingsu, so the sweet scent of mango fills your mouth every time you take a spoonful. The sweetness of the mango is not strong, but it has a natural sweetness, so you can taste a richer taste when you eat it with syrup. If you like mango in particular, this bingsu is a must-try. The price is 39,800 won, which is a bit high, but considering the amount and freshness of the mango, it is acceptable. The peach croffle is composed of cool ice cream, peaches, blueberries, and cinnamon powder on top of a warmly baked croissant. The sweetness is moderate, and the refreshing taste of the peach, the crunchy croffle, and the soft ice cream go well together to complete a harmonious dessert. The overall taste is not stimulating and clean, so it is perfect as a dessert after a meal. Both menus were satisfying experiences due to the freshness of the fruit and the high level of perfection in the dessert. In particular, I would like to recommend the mango bingsu as a signature menu that is good to enjoy only in the summer.
