Roadtripping From Sanfranisco - Seattle
One of my most unforgettable trip is doing a solo road trip from San Francisco up towards Seattle. It is one of the longest drive I ever did, with a total of almost 13hours that is if u drive straight. Well it took me 2 days, a 8 hour drive on the first day and another 6 hours the next. Solo driving on a trip like this can be really tiring but it can be enjoyable too if you plan it right! From San Francisco I did a stop over in a small town called crescent city which I had a short night stay overlooking the sea to relax myself for the next day. And the scenery can also be quite beautiful if you take the time to stop and look around. And if you like the cold weather plan your trip closer to winter but not in Feb - March as it can be really snowy and icy which some roads might possibly be block too! Great value for money, comfortable hotel
When I stepped into the Moore Hotel, I was first struck by its magnificent exterior. The lobby was spacious and bright, with luxurious yet tasteful decor, creating a noble and warm atmosphere. The front desk staff warmly welcomed me and quickly checked me in. I booked a deluxe suite, which was spacious and bright, with modern and elegant decor. The furniture was neatly arranged, and the bed was soft and comfortable, making me feel at home during my trip. The room was also equipped with an advanced smart control system, allowing me to easily adjust the room temperature, lighting, and curtains, which was very convenient. Looking back on my stay at the Moore Hotel, I can say it was perfect! From the comfortable accommodation to the complete facilities and the variety of activities, I was reluctant to leave. The warm service of the hotel staff made me feel at home. This trip not only relaxed my body and mind but also enhanced my understanding and respect for different cultures. Starbucks Pike Place Pilgrimage ⭐️💵☕️
As a die-hard Starbucks fan, visiting its Pike Place outlet was a pilgrimage. This original Starbucks outlet opens at 6am and when we arrived at 7am, there was already a short queue forming. By the time we left about half an hour later, the queue had already doubled in length! Plus some of the Starbucks swag (like the Pike Place Starbucks mug) we were eyeing were already sold out! So do come here early if you want to avoid the queues and get the best chance at securing the souvenirs you want! Stepping into the outlet, I felt the charm of its rustic ambiance and bustling atmosphere. We ordered the “Heritage Market Exclusives” - Chilli Cloud Shaken Espresso and Spicy Midnight Mocha - at the recommendation of the barista. It was unique but not spectacular. Nonetheless, sipping the coffee with a Starbucks cup in hand, amidst the chatter of fellow coffee enthusiasts and in this historic location was a moment of pure bliss. #WinHKFlight #winhkflight I want to visit Hong Kong as it offers amazing outdoor adventures (at least better than in 🇸🇬 LOL)! I'm eager to hike the Dragon's Back Trail for stunning coastal views and explore Lantau Island's nature trails. The Lantau Peak trail (鳳凰山), with its unblocked view overlooking the Hong Kong International Airport, is a trail that I plan on tackling if I’m there!

Japantown and Chinatown together is Seattle's International District. There's a lot of history here and I was fascinated by all of it. I kept roaming around and was surprised of what I read. I stopped by the Wing Luke Museum but I only had an hour left so I just read the free exhibit. I went for snacks near the gate and it was a delicious rice dog. I also got some drinks at an Asian grocery. I tried going into the Seattle Pinball Museum but they had a waiting list. Overall, I recommend stopping by here for history and food. There's a lot to unfold and I hope you discover it like I did.

Don't forget to book tickets in advance, because it is very popular, especially during the tourist season. In every corner of Seattle, there are amazing sights waiting for you to explore. I also visited the Space Needle, overlooking the magnificent scenery of the entire city from there, it feels like being in the city in the sky. And the famous Pike Market, the fresh seafood and flowers there will definitely make you linger. For travelers who like outdoor activities, you can find many charming natural attractions in Seattle. Explore Olympic National Park and see the natural wonders of Washington State, such as spectacular snow-capped mountains, lakes, and forests. Of course, Seattle is also a paradise for food lovers! 5 days and 4 nights in Seattle Seattle is said to be one of the top three cities in the US for homeless people. 1️⃣ Seattle is beautiful in early November. The city is full of red and yellow leaves and autumn rain. You don't even need to wear a raincoat or use an umbrella. It's wet, but not greasy. It's a comfort zone for people with dry skin and rhinitis. 2️⃣ It's fine to stay in Downtown. Locals say it's safer to stay in the east, but for tourists, staying in DT is the most convenient, with many hotels, Pike Place Market, and the Art Museum all within walking distance. If you're going to Olympic or Rainier, the subway is also at the DT Public Library. I chose LXR, which was a great experience, with a $50 restaurant credit every day. 3️⃣ Try to travel together at night or take an Uber, but try not to go out after dark. 4️⃣ Line 1 from the airport to downtown is safe. After customs, follow the signs and it's easy to find Line 1. The carriages are clean and new, and there are security guards from time to time, so it's quite safe. A one-way ticket costs $3. If you take a taxi to downtown, it costs $70 or $80. 5️⃣ If you only go to one place in Seattle, I recommend Rainier! Before I left, I was told the mountain was closed, but when I got to the entrance, it was open. Then I experienced the most beautiful snow scene of my life, with only the sound of snow falling in the world, which was very healing. The key is that it's not cold. Just a jacket and cashmere, and it gets warmer. I heard that Rainier is also beautiful in summer, so I want to come back. 6️⃣ There's no line at the world's first Starbucks in the morning. I love jet lag, suddenly becoming an early bird, waking up at 6 am every day, and arriving at Starbucks at 7:30 am with no line. In the afternoon, or on weekdays, there is a line. 7️⃣ The spiciness of Rongcheng hot pot is not the same as Sichuan and Chongqing, and the mild spicy is basically not spicy. I tried Alaskan crab legs or seafood, which were good. There's a restaurant called Yard House that's delicious. Fortunately, I didn't encounter any homeless people or zombies these days, probably because I spent two days at remote attractions like Olympic and Rainier, took a taxi downtown, and tried not to go out at night. I met a few friends to chat with, including HRs who work here, travel to the US, and talk about everything from travel and family to stocks. But strangely, my appetite suddenly decreased after getting off the plane, and I felt very thin in the US these days.
