Feast Fit for a King: Indulging at Bacchanal Buffet in Caesar's Palace

#hotelbuffet #100waysoftravel #Feast #seafood #kingcrab #Beef #buffet #premium #lasvegas #Bacchanal #Caeserpalace #america #dessert #Caesarspalace We decided to indulge in a dining experience at Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace, drawn by its stellar reputation as one of the most luxurious buffets in Las Vegas. As soon as we entered, the sheer scale of the place was impressive—nine live show kitchens and a seemingly endless selection of dishes from around the world. Bacchanal boasts over 500 items daily, so no matter your preference, there’s something for everyone. Although seafood isn’t typically my go-to, the prime cuts of beef were absolutely succulent, cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The dessert station was equally as indulgent, and I couldn’t resist the creamy ice cream that made the meal feel complete. For seafood lovers, this buffet is a paradise. With three different kinds of crabs and an unlimited supply of king crab legs, it’s a dream come true. Watching others dive into the fresh seafood spread made me appreciate the attention to detail and quality Bacchanal puts into every dish. The buffet operates daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with prices ranging between $50 to $100 depending on the time of day and day of the week, which is a great value for such a diverse and high-end spread. Whether you’re a foodie or just want to experience one of the most talked-about buffets in the city, Bacchanal does not disappoint.

Squally’s Cafe

The Southwest Valley tucked away in an ever growing area of the city. We had been wanting to visit this cafe for a long time and we finally made it out on a Sunday morning. The interior of the shop is cozy with a variety of plants around the shop and a variety of seating options. The shop has comfy couches, tables, and window seating as well. One of the best part about Squally’s is the health centric focus, they have juices, shakes, coffee, tea, and food. The food they offer ranges from acai bowls to sandwiches and most importantly they offer amazing vegan and organic options so there is something for everyone! We were able to relax and play Jenga at our table as we waited for our food which was a lot of fun. We got the classic avocado toast and the turkey sandwich. The food tasted really fresh and healthy and leaves you feeling light after leaving the shop. For coffee I got an americano and Baylee got the hazelnut latte, and both were delicious! I think this shop is versatile and great to spend time relaxing or working in the shop. #christmasgiveaway #mapletrees #luxuryhotel #skiing #nationalpark

Vesta Coffee

The opened in the Arts District back in 2016 when the area was up and coming and did not exactly have the multitude of coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants found in the area today. The success of Vesta over the previous 5 years has led to them being able to open a new Vesta in The Lakes area of Las Vegas near Summerlin. Vesta is a coffee shop I used to frequent every weekend a few years ago and I am a big fan of it and I am very excited they were able to expand to a new location and even pick up their first drive thru window in the process. Their new location features a similar yet more minimalistic vibe than the original location. The shop uses a similar color pallets of whites, blacks and woods but flips it from the original location. The chairs and tables are black, while the walls are white and the coffee bar is wood. This shop is roomier in a sense and definitely feels like you are in the suburbs and not in the Arts District. Overall, I definitely like the original location better as it feels like it has more of an identity with the coffee roaster, patterned coffee bar, and overall vibe but that isn’t a slight at the new location. Just goes to shows how great the original is. As far as coffee goes I got a pour over and Baylee got the hazelnut latte, both were amazing as always. For food I went with my favorite hawaiian benedict sandwich and Baylee got the breakfast sandwich. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. If you live in the area consider yourself very lucky to be able to get some Vesta through a drive thru window as I am forever jealous living across town. #christmasgiveaway #mapletrees #skiing #luxuryhotel #nationalpark

Bungalow Coffee Co

The newest coffee shop to grace Las Vegas, sitting in the Arts District. Bungalow is located in the former home of C3 Coffee. The shop opened about two weeks ago and brings back to life the gorgeous space. One of the best aspects of this location is the space they have to work with. The shop is very open and large and will give the shop a great opportunity to feature different events if they choose. I could see open mic nights or small performances being able to be hosted in the shop in the future. I’m sure Bungalow is looking forward to the post-COVID days as First Friday will bring a ton of people to their doorstep. The interior of Bungalow is laid back with a focus on plants bringing life to the space and some great murals. We took the opportunity to sit on the green couch which is a really cozy seating area perfect for a group of friends or family. The menu features a variety of breakfast items such as breakfast sandwiches and on our visit we went with an almond croissant and a panini. The almond croissant was excellent and I thought the proportion was awesome. The panini tasted great but the presentation was somewhat lacking. I think new coffee shops are always a work in progress when it comes to perfecting their food menu and this is no different. For drinks I got a cappuccino and Baylee got the golden milk latte which sadly wasn’t for her but she then tried vanilla bean latte and found it delicious. The cappuccino was made really well and I would definitely order it again. The shop offered vegan options, decaf, and milk alternatives. It’s great to see more coffee shops come to the Arts District and I hope the community continues to build! While downtown check out the other nearby spots including Golden Fog, Vesta, and Makers & Finders! #christmasgiveaway #mapletrees #luxuryhotel #skiing #nationalpark

Pedal & Pour Coffee

The shop is a fusion between a coffee shop and a bike shop and I find it to be a fitting pairing. The coffee shop offers espresso drinks as well as regular coffee roasted by Vesta, a local Las Vegas coffee roaster. In addition to the coffee offerings the shop has a variety of pastries baked by 2 star Michelin pastry chef Michael Gillet. The shop is located on the edge of town, thus, has a nice view of nature on the edge of the Valley from the patio that wraps around the side of the building. I think the patio would be a great place to relax on a nice morning. The interior of the shop features the cafe on the right side with tables running through the middle of the shop. The right side of the shop features the cycling space. In addition, towards the back of the store all of the various bike and bike accessories are for sale. The interior in general was very airy with big windows giving tons of natural light. I got a pour over and Baylee got the white mocha with raspberry. The pour over was delicious and Baylee really liked the raspberry in her mocha, it brought a nice tartness to the drink. For pastries we got the blueberry muffin and the chocolate croissant. Baylee claimed it was one of the best chocolate croissant she had had at a coffee shop. Overall, I think the shop is a really cool concept and a good spot to stop for a quick drink and pastry. #christmasgiveaway #mapletrees #luxuryhotel #skiing #nationalpark

Skimos Coffee Shop

The located in the heart of Green Valley and serves up latin inspired drinks.I don’t hear a lot of buzz around Skimos but we finally made it out to the shop after having it on our list for months. When you enter the shop you’re greeted with a muted color palette of blacks and grays with a light wooden floor. The Skimo’s logo, which is very well done, backdrops the cafe nicely. A collection of black tables and chairs line the restaurant and we found our chairs really comfortable and nice to relax in. The coffee menu features Olympia Coffee out of Washington and has all of the typical coffee drinks along with a few specialty items. If you have never tried a spicy mexican mocha this is the place to try it! The food menu features assorted pastries and a collection of toasts, wraps, and bowls. I thought the prices on the food were very reasonable compared to some of the other coffee shops in town. It was nice to have a food menu that felt manageable in terms of size. On our visit we got the Elvis Toast which is a toast with peanut butter, banana, and bacon! The savoriness of the bacon really brought out the sweetness of the bananas and was wonderful. For coffee we got the hazelnut latte and a cappuccino. I really liked their cappuccino and found it to strike a great balance between milk and coffee. Baylee really liked the hazelnut latte and found the hazelnut flavor to be really powerful and delicious. One of my favorite parts about Skimos was the music as it brought me a sense of relaxation which I love with my morning cup of coffee. The vibe in the shop was very laid back and I think that makes it a great place to study, write, or get any work done. We recommend checking out Skimos if you are in the area. It’s also a female, minority owned business which we love to support. #christmasgiveaway #mapletrees #luxuryhotel #skiing #nationalpark

Neighbors Cafe

The located in the south west part of Las Vegas and was a pleasant surprise. I have seen the talk around this coffee shop steadily growing and we were able to visit on a Sunday morning. The cafe has been open for over three years now and from the look of the parking lot it’s pretty popular. We entered the shop and quickly saw that the interior is very spacious. I was impressed with the cleanliness as well as the modern, bright look of the cafe. Many plants were in the shop and it brought a pleasant feeling of liveliness. One quirk of Neighbors is that you order your food, and they give you a number to take to your table, and then they bring your food to your table. It’s almost like having a waiter/waitress but not really. The menu at Neighbors was great, they had all of the delicious looking pastries and smaller dishes while also having a very hearty breakfast menu. On our visit I went with the breakfast burrito and Baylee went with the french toast. The food was fantastic and filling and presented well. Neighbors offers a full espresso bar and I went with an iced americano and Baylee got the nutella latte. Once again, I was pleasantly surprised and really liked the americano. For some reason I was not sure if their espresso bar would be up to par but it was great. Baylee really liked the Nutella latte as it was a great sweet drink for the morning. Overall, I would love to go back to Neighbors and try some of the different pastries they offered. Neighbors also sells lunch such as burgers, salads, and sandwiches. It’s a wonderful place if you are looking for a vegan option, decaf option, or something for everyone. It is not a shop I would plan to study in as it’s a bit more catered to conversation and eating meals. #christmasgiveaway #mapletrees #luxuryhotel #skiing #nationalpark

Kebun Teh Sidamanik

Simalungun Regency in North Sumatra has perfect natural beauty. One of them can be found at the Bah Butong Tea Garden or known as the Sidamanik Tea Garden. This tea garden covers an area of 8,373 ha and is located at 890 m above sea level. The natural environment is still beautiful and natural, giving a refreshing impression. The people of Simalungun and its surroundings should be proud, Sidamanik Tea Plantation is one of the best tea plantations in Indonesia with export crops to various countries, such as Singapore, Malaysia, to Eastern and Central Europe. Historically, this plantation was managed by the Dutch East Indies government, until finally managed by PTPN IV. Sidamanik Tea Plantation is located in Sidamanik District, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra. If using a private vehicle from downtown Pematang Siantar it only takes 35 minutes. However, from the city of Medan the distance is 2 hours 45 minutes by passing the Toll Road-Kuala Namu-Tebing Tinggi and entering Jl Medan-Pematang Siantar. #themepark

Seven Leaves Cafe

The shop specializes in tea and macarons but also has plenty of coffee on the menu. On our visit they had a large variety of macarons flavors to choose from. The store was very clean inside and featured modern wooden tables and chairs. The seating area was not massive but it seemed to provide plenty of room for different sized groups. It gave off a similar interior to Starbucks in that, a lot of people get their coffee to go, which is not a bad thing. We tried two different types of macarons and they were delicious. I don’t eat macarons very often so the texture always throws me off but they were great. To drink, I got an iced americano, and I thought the americano was a little too acidic for my taste. I think the shop is on par with other chains. I found the and vibe to be in line with a Coffee Bean and think it really suits individuals looking for consistency across many different locations. I would recommend checking out the shop if you are interested in tea because that is more they’re specialty. #christmasgiveaway #mapletrees #luxuryhotel #skiing #nationalpark

Pirate theme casino resort

📍 Address-3300 South Las Vegas Boulevard Treasure Island resort was one of the older hotels along the Las Vegas Strip. Opening in 1993, it was one of the family-oriented resort in Las Vegas then with its Pirate theme and a Pirate 🏴‍☠️ show with arcade. Due to newer hotels sprouting up along the Strip, Treasure Island has lost its appealing to the common ground. This is a very huge resort with 2,885 rooms located in a 36-story tower. The current hotel has removed most of its pirate signages on the resort. The pirate show has been cancelled for a number of years now. It's when the Treasure Island changed to TI and scraped the pirate theme and show. You can still see the pirate ship in pirates cove in front of the hot #meetlasvegas

One of the must-do's in Las Vegas is walking along the Strip and soaking up the sights. It's particularly impressive at night, when the city is illuminated by an endless succession of glittering neon signs. This area is a never-ending feast for the senses. Generally speaking, the Las Vegas Strip runs from the Mandalay Bay Hotel to Treasure Island Hotel. To truly experience Las Vegas, stay on The Strip, preferably at one of the major resorts. #themeparks#nationalpark#lakes#beaches#infinitypool
