Quality Inn Yuba City-Marysville

Nice stay

The hotel was exactly what you would expect for the price. My problem was with the front desk. I booked through ******* for 2 nights but the. I did change it to 1 night through *******. Upon check in the hotel said I was still booked and prepaid for 2 nights. They refused to give me a refund since I booked with *******. ******* has attempted to call them many times and still has not been able to resolve this. Front desk manager was not helpful at all.

There was no working TV… staff said it was part/most of building and they couldn’t do anything (they did make an attempt through)….. location… there were a some “unsightly characters” in the neighborhood and parking lot, drinking, smoking and being loud… Then the other characters???? I’m not talking about the people, I’m talking about the rooster who’s cawing stared at 2am (heard well thru our window) chickens and roosters all over the neighborhood. It was quite annoying. The AC unit also rattled, but not enuf to drowned out the chickens. Probably won’t give this location another chance.

I don’t know how this had such good previous reviews. It was dirty, the doors wouldn’t close properly, and there were homeless people screaming outside in the middle of the night.

The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. The bathroom was clean. Hot water readily available. Breakfast was ok, but hours were short. Close to the hospital and conveniently located near multiple restaurants and stores.

Staff at check in and out was great no issues at all. Now as far as cleanliness definitely this place needs a complete makeover as u walk in there’s a smells, the floors are outdated and 2nd floors in hallway are in even not suitable for a wheelchair person the room itself now room 209 is a complete dump dirty outdated shower was dirty looks like the bath tub mat hasn’t been replaced in years

Older building, and half the signage said travelodge?? Room was old but clean, the hallways on the other hand were pretty rough. The hotel was INCREDIBLY loud, do not recommend for light sleepers.

I stayed for a week and found the place nice. Staff was polite, room was cleaned regularly without having any of my stuff taken. If I were to have one complaint, it is that the wifi is a bit spotty, but otherwise a good place to stay if you are in the Yuba area

My stay was very short - just overnight since I was in town for a concert. The room was quiet and clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable night's stay! The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area!
