The beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The free TV channels were OK. The breakfast was OK. The bathroom had a weird design and the lights turned off while we were in the shower, leaving us in the dark and we couldn’t figure out how to keep them on. There was a loud rumbling noise coming through the walls constantly right next to our bed, which made it difficult to get to or stay asleep. There were also guests that were loud and rowdy consistently past midnight. We paid for a suite and expected an experience commensurate with that price at a hotel run by Hilton. I’ve stayed here previously and didn’t experience any of these problems, but that was prior to the remodel. If I’m going to pay resort prices of almost $200 a night I will stay somewhere else next time.

Staff was awesome!! Property was clean and fresh EVERY day Breakfast was yummy EVERY DAY The pool and hot tub are SALTWATER… just an EXTRA goodie here!! Will stay here again and again

EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME!! So clean and very comfy In fact, I booked another stay before I checked out this time!!!

Our stay was wonderful. Friendly staff, that were helpful and courteous. My only suggestion is to have shirts to sell with the logo of California behind the desk. I would have purchased one…or two. Thank you for a great stay.

We enjoyed our overnight stay in a very clean and comfortable room. The beds and pillows were very comfy. Loved the sounds of roosters in the morning and all times of the day :) The breakfast are is beautiful and well maintained. Also breakfast selection was very adequate. Overall we had a great experience. Thank you!

It was an overnight stay that was great! The room was clean and any time I interacted with the staff they were really polite.
