This post is for everyone who wants to pay a three-digit price per night and then clean their own hotel room!! I never write hotel reviews, but this experience deserves one to warn future guests. I have stayed in budget hotels that were significantly cleaner than this property. When you charge premium rates, cleanliness is not a luxury. It is the absolute minimum standard. This hotel failed at the most basic responsibility it has. The moment we walked into the room, it was obvious that nobody had properly cleaned it. The carpet was covered with dirt, debris, and visible particles, making it look as though it hadn’t been vacuumed for a long time. This wasn’t a small area that had been missed. It was immediately noticeable the second we entered the room. (See Photos 1 & 2) Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. As we looked around the room, we found thick layers of dust on virtually every surface. Furniture, fixtures, shelves, and other items were all covered in dust. It genuinely looked as though nobody had performed a proper deep cleaning in weeks. It is honestly difficult to believe that housekeeping inspected this room and considered it acceptable for arriving guests. (See Photos 3, 4, & 5) The final straw was the towels. One of the towels provided to us had obvious red/orange stains on it. There is absolutely no excuse for placing stained towels in a guest room. Hotels don’t need to be perfect, but basic hygiene standards should never be negotiable. (See Photo 6) I immediately went to the front desk and explained everything I had found. The response was incredibly disappointing. I was told the hotel was sold out, and my only options were to either cancel my reservation or stay in the same filthy room until housekeeping could “re-clean” it the following morning. Think about that for a moment. The room should have been cleaned before we checked in, not after we complained. Since finding another hotel the same evening wasn’t realistic, we had no choice but to stay. Instead of relaxing after a long day of travel, we spent our evening questioning the cleanliness of everything in the room. What makes this even more frustrating is that none of these issues required special attention or extensive time spent. Vacuuming the carpet, wiping dust from surfaces, and replacing stained towels are among the most basic responsibilities of any hotel. These are not premium services. They are the bare minimum that every paying guest should receive. This experience completely destroyed our confidence in the hotel’s housekeeping standards. If the visible areas were left in this condition, it naturally makes you wonder what wasn’t visible. Paying hundreds of dollars per night should buy you comfort, cleanliness, and peace of mind, not extra cleaning duties. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who values basic hygiene and cleanliness. Save yourself the frustration and choose another hotel.

No mineral water in the room. Location very far

We really enjoyed our time here! The staff was really friendly when we arrived. We loved our room but it didnt seem like it was cleaned well. We found an earring from a previous person that stayed there. The soap box was empty like the housekeeper didn’t even check it and we found some small trash on the floor. Other than that everything else was awesome!

The hotel accommodated our party of 11 people super well and divided the rooms up nicely! Parking was open even at night. The lobby is a great place to chat or work. The rooms were clean and well air conditioned. We enjoyed our stay! I would book again.

The service was excellent, given that we reached around 1 am and were welcomed with warm cookies. We did spend some time to find parking as it was very busy.

Very nice rooms away from the city. Really enjoyed my stay in the rooms have microwaves, refrigerators, comfy chairs, and comfy beds. Can’t really ask too much from a hotel.

Google rating of this hotel is 4 stars, but I would have to disagree. The Gentleman working at the front desk was very pleasant and dressed appropriately upon our arrival. The room we received was dirty (1st floor King room- unable to remember the room number). When we walked in the room there was a washcloth on the floor. Everything in the room was dusty. I wiped all areas down with a disinfecting wipes and every wipe was black from the amount of dust/ dirt accumulation. We asked for another room and the gentleman at the front desk apologized for the condition of the room and offered another room. The second room (2nd floor) was better and there was no dirt or dust gathered on my disinfectant wipe. Some of the towels had stains on them, but it was not an issue to get new ones. I'm assuming the seating area next to the front desk is being renovated, as there was wood boarding and concrete exposure. This should have been blocked off as it is an eye sore for visitors. My overall rating for this hotel would be 3 stars.

You need to pay WiFi otherwise you’ll have to sign up if you don’t have Hilton account. Free parking and no microwave in room so you gotta use it near meeting room
