Holiday Inn & Suites WINNIPEG-DOWNTOWN by IHG

The reception staff was very helpful. One of them, named Nicoli help me to look for a driver to take me to Saskatchewan.

Central location. Smell from renovation.

Hotel in general fine, breakfast not included. mismatch in what we were charged for drinks at the front desk $4 for a small bottle of water which is a rip off. TV in the hotel room did not work sound but no picture. bed was very comfortable though, liked the dove soaps

The staff were very friendly, and we were kindly allowed to check in well before the official check-in time since our room was already ready. Water and some snacks were also provided, which was a nice touch. The room was spacious and clean, with a good view from the window, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also quite spacious and clean. The only minor issue there was that the lighting around the mirror was not bright enough. The main downside was the Wi-Fi, which was rather unstable and kept disconnecting and reconnecting almost constantly. Overall, a pleasant stay, with friendly service and a comfortable, well-maintained room.

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful! They were very friendly and gave us a voucher for a free buffet breakfast!

A good place in the downtown to visit Winnipeg. Walking distance to many things and easy driving access.

Everything was great staff, clean room but the wall are paper thin, could hear everything next door…
