I had woderful stay at this hotel.The staff were friendly and helpful.

Good experience when we arrived, receptionist and manager were friendly. Room was clean and well presented. The only real issue was with breakfast - pastries were undercooked and the cooked food looked miserable . Mushrooms appeared to be boiled, and the full tray of bacon that was brought out was hideous - especially when I sat down to eat some and found out it was still raw (turned to pulp when pinched). Please ensure your breakfast chef knows how to cook before serving this shameful slop to people that have paid £11 a head for breakfast.

Warm and friendly service, clean room, quiet sleep and a breakfast that exceeded expectations - they had ran out of a couple of things and the chef delivered the items to our table with a big smile. A great culture and friendly smiles go a long way. Simple service done well and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this if you’re staying in Watford.

Popped in for breakfast and was treated by Doreen and her super friendly team and had a wonderful breakfast. Good value for money. There was a vast amount of food to choose from. From cold breakfast favourites with condiments to a proper cooked English breakfast. The restaurant was clean, tidy and welcoming. Thank you for the lovely experience that my partner and family had today.

There was a fire in the hotel, no fault of the hotels but there was no fire assembly register which is dangerous and could have cost lives.

I thought for the. One it's. Good value. The hotel. Was neat and tide and the rooms were good value. Breakfast again. For the money was absolutely fine and had no real complaints. All the staff we met were friendly and great at their role. Again for the money great value and well located to visit the Harry Potter studios.

I visited with my family for my daughter's birthday, visit we planned @ Harry Porter's studio tour. I reached early and requested for early check in , Doreen really helped us allowing early check in. She was wonderful and helped us. Thank you Doreen, really appreciate your help.

Came again for another weekend, absolutely fantastic premiere inn, staff are so friendly cant do enough for you. Rooms are so spacious and very clean. Recomment booking breakfast, lots of options available. Location is brilliant for Harry potter world and also Hollywood bowling, ninja warrior and Harlequin shopping centre . Definately good value for money. Highly recommend and will be back again.
