Stayokay Hostel Utrecht Centrum

We liked our stay here, especially because of the location of the hostel. The only thing that caused us slight discomfort was sink being outside the bathroom.

Good location, near all the key tourist attraction. Good place to stay to explore Utrecht

Better to have at least a kettle inside the room and phone facilities

位置已經在古城區 房間很大~空間感十足 早餐豐富好味😋~ 附近很多食肆~ 大街有超市 離巴士站很近~火車站要步行10分鐘

Il prezzo dell’ostello è a dir poco esagerato visto che il sapone in camera era finito, non mi è stata rifatta la camera ne cambiati gli asciugamani, lo shampoo erano due bustine, le finestre non si potevano aprire. Niente da dire sulla location centralissima ma ho pagato esattamente il doppio di quello che ho pagato a eindhoven, rotterdam e the hague dove ho soggiornato in hotel molto migliori

El hostal en si es super bonito y tienen la cafeteria ahi mismo pero la habitación es super bonita y unas vistas increíbles y la ubicación es super buena y estas cerca de todo

I stayed in a private room during my stay, but you would think it was public due to all the noise! This hotel isn’t soundproof at all and I was kept up at night by noise from both inside and outside the hotel. During my stay it was very warm outside, this was made worse by the terrible heat inside the room. The windows cannot be opened and there is no air conditioning!! Our first night I went to the reception to ask for a fan, and the man laughed in my face and said they don’t have fans. Completely disrespectful! The room was so hot we had to sleep with cold wet towels on us to keep cool. I asked the staff on shift the next morning if they had a fan and they were really lovely and helped us find one. It made our stay a little more bearable. The room is very plain, no amenities. You don’t get more than one towel and there’s no place to sit except on the bed. But, I suppose you can’t expect more from the cheap price. On a positive note, the staff that worked during the day were really nice and helpful. The location is amazing, very close to the city centre and train station. The bathroom was also okay, but no hairdryer. Do not stay here during the summer or if you are sensitive to noise when sleeping! It might be better to visit during the winter, but I wouldn’t know as I won’t be staying here again.

Great location and therefore there is some noise from outside eg car horns but other than that all good. Rooms are basic (no tv or kettle) but clean.
