From the entrance to exit the building, personnel, facilities and the apartment itself were impeccable

Location was pretty good. Staff was also very nice. The only thing we found difficult was the wait for the lift during check out times. But other than that it was an amazing stay.

We had a wonderful stay here for a total of three weeks. We were so happy with our initial experience that we decided to extend our stay twice, which speaks for itself! The location is excellent—within walking distance to the bus station, South Bank Parklands, and the City, and the overall environment is very comfortable. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional service. All the staff members were incredibly patient and helpful. I would like to give a special thank you to NAGO—thank you so much for your outstanding support and patience during our time here. I would also like to express my gratitude to the other team members at the front desk; although I didn’t catch their names, they were also consistently helpful and kind. We truly appreciate everything!

Great place to stay and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Appreciate the early check in after flying in. Clean and great amenities in kitchen and also has washing machine. Very convenient and practical place to stay. Will definitely rebook.

Hi.. the stay was good but just a couple of things that let the stay down was one.. When you ask for carparking and you go to park there you go there and someone else has taken the park was very very frustrating and annoying as we got given another carpark which was 1 floor lower. There needs to be a better way of separating carparks for apartment bookings and actual people who live at the apartments. Two.. when we went to checkout we waited for like 10 to 15mins for the lift which was also very annoying and beyond frustrating as 2 of the lifts would just keep missing our floor and the 3rd lift was not going at all. So we decided to use the steps from the 8th floor to our carpark which was frustrating as hell. When we got to the carpark one lady said she had been waiting for a hour for her daughter to come on the lift. The place needs to find a better system or way with the lifts working cos it was bloody frustrating to see it keep passing your floor either going up or down if we didn't use the stairs we would've been there for a hour as well.

The room was very dark and cold, facing the opposite building with no other view but the windows of another building which made it feel very claustrophobic and dark and not private. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly and kept changing the temperature on itself. It wouldn’t turn off at all. It was very frustrating not having a wifi connection at the reception area, as a traveler with no local sim card I had to walk all the way down the street for 10min just to catch wifi and transfer money for the deposit. Overall a clean place but wouldn’t come back.

Location is good - a short walk from train station and central district. Not far from supermarkets as well and it has 2 Chinese restaurant downstairs. It has a pool but the gym is very minimal (no treadmills). Room is spacious and staff are friendly. Highly recommend

Kids enjoyed the swimming pool very much even it is only 20 degree! Rooftop garden it a great place to check out too. Nice location, 15mins walk to Southbank.

location is great , view is fantastic. We were probably got to unlucky weekend. The power was off and so inconvenient
