Atour X Hotel Shantou The MixC, Convention & Exhibition Center

Atour x means that this is a refurbished hotel. So it might lack some of the actual Atour services. This hotel only has 1 lift so if during peak timing, it is damn chaotic and long queue wait. They do open up their emergency staircase. It looks eerie though. It only has 4 level. But the rooms are spread out in 1 floor.i got a middle room so means I don't have a window but they still give me a window. Lol sound barrier was not so good Location is top notch, few mths walk to all attractions and populars places such as the only 2 mall on Chao Shan and the popular night food street. For a first timer, this hotel is a definite stay so ypu don't have to keep taking Didi for the food. The only didi you need to use is when you go to their heritage places. I always trust atour to keep me safe at night, a good night sleep and enjoy a wonderful stay with all their amenities such as gym, laundry and mid night porridge supper. Did I mentioned then even had automatic flushing system, strong gushing water flow and AI assistance.

Side is shopping center and food street, room is clean, bed and pillow is very comfortable

Highly recommend Atour X hotel 👍 So many good things to say about them! Good service, good cleanliness, they even individual pack towels and disposable cups for their coffee and tea. And best of all, they actually have a service crew to help us with our laundry 🧺 Definitely impressed by their services. And they also provide free porridge at night 😍 Location also very top notch! Walking distance to the best shopping mall Mix C 万象城 and walking to their best food district 龙眼南!

The place is nice and good! Staff are friendly but there is only one lift to serve the customers and the staffs working in the hotel is sharing the same lift as us. Housekeepers can push a big trolley and come into the lift with us. Not only that, the staff also take their breakfast while the customers are having their breakfast. This kind of action will not be seen in other hotels at all. Overall, the hotel is good and staff are accommodating.

Hotel is conveniently located with many shopping malls, restaurants and cafes. Walking distance to night markets. Bedroom mattress very comfortable. Provide free laundry service. Traveling distance to places of interest does not take up a lot of time.

Good location with street food and mixc just next to the hotel

We had a very wonderful 2 nights stay. Check-in was a breeze. The room was lovely. Sound proof was good even our room was on the 2nd floor. The water pressure was good. No flooding. The amenities in the room were of good quality. Towels were packed individually. Good lightings. Mini-bar had 2 bottles of water, 2 bottles of tea and 2 biscuits. Thoughtful gesture. Appreciate the complimentary self-service laundry service. Simple porridge and buns available every night from 9.30pm. The location was great! Longyan Food Street is about 10mins walk. 2 shopping malls across the hotel. Surrounded by bakeries, desserts, massage etc Front desk was kind to extend late check-out. Will return.

Location wise I don’t think, you can get anything better. The 2 biggest malls in Shantou is within 5 min walk. Everything is good. Complimentary make your own tea mix is simply good. Only complain is that rooms facing the road can hear the horning of cars at times at night also my room had a big pillar in the middle so the bed nearer to the window have to watch tv at an angle. Wonder why cannot put the tv on the pillar.

Hotel location is at city center very convenient to go anywhere. Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly recommended us few places to have Teowchew cuisine. Room was clean and breakfast Teow Chew Koay Teow soup is delicious.
