The hotel and the staff have made everything to help us enjoy the stay. The pools and facilities were great. The place is very peaceful. Would like to visit again. Very nice breakfast.

Beautiful hotel and very comfortable. Breakfast was abundant with lots of variety. Good pool, gym and amenities. Staff were very attentive and provided commendable advice.

Loved this Hilton Hotel. Visited in off season so it was very very well priced for the amenities. Rooms are very clean, bed is fantastic and linens are 5 star quality as expected. Staff are welcoming. Drinks are reasonably priced for Sardinia in comparison. Lovely and peaceful surrounding area with stunning beaches.

Beautiful, new hotel in a secluded location on the north western part of Sardinia. We loved the modern interiors, pool area and super comfy bed. Hotel lobby staff were helpful and welcoming. Overall we had a wonderful stay however we felt there are a few things the hotel could do to improve the guest experience especially for a 5 star hotel: 1. We noticed mould in the corners of the shower and on the shower head. Perhaps cleaning staff do not do a thorough clean or think to treat the mould problem which is disappointing for a new hotel; 2. Pool and room service menu is pricey and very limited with only a few options. We don’t mind paying hotel prices however felt the menu wasn’t as appetising and ended up eating outside the hotel the whole time except for breakfast. Given the location away from the town, the hotel could offer simple item like pizza to keep guests in the hotel. Breakfast was great with many sweet pastry options however had limited hot food like eggs, sausages and bacon only; 3. The room we were in felt like an earthquake and startled us each time the guests below us entered and exited their room.

Nice hotel, nice beach but not there yet

I spent a week in this hotel. Great facilities and friendly staff. If you like hiking or cycling this is a great place.

Terrible from the arrival. Room is sold as sea view but was completely obstructed and barely partial. The outside looked like not cleaned in months. We asked them to check us out the immediate day after and they offered us an upgrade which was a decent room. Food was also low quality at the bar. The girl from reception argued our room we could see the sea when it was clearly not true. It was like arguing with wall instead of accommodating the guest point of view. As of now I have been withdrawn 6.000€ instead of the 3.000€ at checkout and hotel is not helping in recovering the funds as they holding my money hostage instead of releasing it. Worst experience in a 5 star I had in years. Also they advertise two beaches but there is on and it’s a public beach which hotel have some sunbeds and they also advertise another pool but when you arrive you need pay extra 100€ minimum. Would not go back there if it was free.

Starting with the welcome… it was a real treat to receive a personalized guide to the entire hotel. The staff was friendly, and the service was excellent. The food was spectacular, the rooms were beautiful, and the price was fair. The pool and the views at this hotel are magnificent!! I’ll be back soon.
