We have stayed at this hotel before and had no issues. But this time was atrocious they wouldn’t let us check in early, which is OK but the reason they told us was there was no rooms available, but they were booking other people while I was in line then they told me that my room I booked was not available and they had asked me if I needed a King accessible room. I said not necessarily, but I still felt like that was an inconvenience that they had to even ask me, so I moved on, got my room got inside the pool out bed had food and stains all over it and then the king bed had stains on the blankets and a bug inside of the sheets. We went to the manager and explained everything show pictures. There was no remorse. All she said was she’s gonna go in the room while we had to go to a concert and leave so I couldn’t go to the room with her. They compensated me free parking. This does not satisfy me as I feel like we should’ve been more than that. At least a free meal when they’re dining or a couple drinks. No one ever said sorry; no one cared. The manager kept blaming that I booked through a third-party and that’s why they couldn’t do anything further.

The best was so comfy I did not want to leave. Centrally located between the football and baseball stadium. Lots of food choices nearby and the continental breakfast was great.

Everything was great. Service was excellent. The only bad part was no microwave in the room. Will definitely stay again.

Recently stayed at this hotel in Pittsburgh and had a very positive experience overall. The location was one of the biggest highlights—it was conveniently close to public transportation, making it easy to get around the city without needing a car. It was also within walking distance to downtown and the stadiums, which made attending events and exploring the area incredibly convenient. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast each morning was decent, with a good variety of options to start the day. It wasn’t overly fancy, but it was fresh and satisfying, which is exactly what you want when you’re on the go. What stood out the most, though, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They were always willing to answer questions or offer recommendations, which made the stay feel even more enjoyable.

Horrible experience. Bad customer service, TV didn't work, didnt clean room at all, no hot water for a day, parking issues constantly, and no one cared at all about all the ridiculous issues. Too many other hotels in the area to experience this crap service.

Hotel is in great location of downtown Pittsburgh. If you're there for games or downtown nightlife its perfect location. No extra frills. Breakfast was mediocre and coffee tasted awful. We brought our 8 yr old with us and expected to be able to swim . The pool was closed our whole 3 night stay. Clean, nice rooms.

Staff all had a smile and were willing to help with every request. Great staff. Hotel and room were clean and kept in good condition. The kids enjoyed the gym and pool. Breakfast had a lot of options that changed every day, we were very satisfied with that. Only downsides are paying to park and the room I reserved online stated it had a river view, which I wanted; the room we had on the 2nd floor could only see the city streets.

Very pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel because it was within walking distance to almost everything. If you stay within the city the "T" was free to use. We did use our car to visit some things, but we had no problems. The only thing that could have been better was their breakfast. They had the usual items but I think they should have had bacon on the menu as some guests don't care for sausage. Also, I was hoping for at least a way to make a waffle.
