They never came to clean our room or take trash out all three days my family and I was there .

新しく綺麗なホテル。隣にサークルKがあり便利。 朝夕のラッシュ時はダウンタウンまでの高速が渋滞するのが難点ですが、クオリティの高いホテルでした

Upon arrival the room we booked was not ready so we were given a free upgrade! But from there it went down hill. To start we were missing wash cloths but did get from house keeping then the handle came off the shower control luckily it did not drop on one of our feet! Did let front desk know ASAP of the loose handle and was told it would be fixed next day! Never was in the days of being there and did remind front desk the next morning and even mentioned to a manger and even left it on the sink counter also ran out of shower soap and hair conditioner as the bottles have not been refilled. Also did ask that the room be serviced every day. Especially when paying almost $100.00 a night should automatically be done. On the second day did ask again for room service at 9:00 am and did again remind about shower handle. Well upon return at around 2:30pm we went to the room and nothing had been done no room service and shower handle still broken and all the dirty towels were where we left them that morning. Not very happy and headed to front desk to ask what happened. Just got a puzzled look but he did go to room to get done as we waited in the lobby for almost 1 1/2 hours. Then we finally went to check on room and it was only half done! Bed was not even maid and we were missing bath towels this time . Did ask the house keeping and she could not understand any English at all just lost and had to ask another who did understand and gave me replacements for the missing. What gets to me the front desk knew we were waiting in the lobby and never approached us to say the room was ready and apologize for the service or offer some kind of credit for all the problems Still the shower handle was never fix even after mentioning 2 days in a row. This La Quinta Mangers need to sit down and fix things as this is a fairly new location and the service is terrible and they need to get things aligned as there's lots of problems with service. What a mess especially for what is paid there. I am Wyndham Platinum member and am very upset and disappointed with my 3 night stay there. I will never return. Also Wyndham needs to automatically get back to daily room service. Covid-19 scare has been gone many years ago and its time to take care of the Guest especially what there paying

Very good location, by the freeway, clean, spacious and good value. Will be our landing place whenever we visit Pheonix.

I loved my stay! I got the wrong room at first, but the front desk was so nice, it was an easy fix. They made me feel super welcome. Location was great, I just minutes away from food, shopping and Costco! I'm definitely going back to this place :)

Brand new hotel (Fall 2025) with a beautiful facility and disastrous level of service. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. We stayed SIX days to help out family in that area. But during our stay did not receive any housekeeping. Water control handle in the shower fell off on the first day but was never repaired despite repeated requests. The swimming pool looked beautiful especially in the 106 degree heat but was out of service for our entire visit. Breakfast was mediocre at best but at worst NO MILK for 4 days. Families with kids were dumbfounded too not only about the milk to feed their kids cereal but then no high chairs. I guess they were expecting us to go the Circle K next door and get some milk?? On day three, the entire hotel electronic key system failed requiring multiple trips to the front desk to get working door keys. Our whole experience was capped off by the guy in the next room blasting music and then the police repeatedly pounding on his door at 3:04 am and finally moving him out. With competent management perhaps this could be a nice hotel someday but I am not holding my breath.

We go the hotel around 6pm, they first sent us to a dirty room. It was completely unmade as if guests have just left. We went back to the receptionist desk and she told us that she couldn’t find us a room, we sat there and waited about 20 to 30 minutes as she tried to find us a room. She said she can only find us a king bed, so we had to deal with it. We went up to the new room and it turned out to be two queen beds. Which was beneficial to us, but still upsetting that she didn’t even know the rooms. When my husband went to shower, the water was not draining from the tub. I called the front office immediately, she told me that there was no one there tonight so we would have to wait until the morning. Mind you we had a concert that night and traveled to Phoenix for this concert. As my husband went to turn off the shower, the shower knob completely fell off. The next morning I spoke with the manager and he was very kind! But it does not excuse the experience we got at this hotel.

Our stay was amazing! They hotel was so nice and clean , the staff was super helpful and friendly, I loved that they had complimentary breakfast and a 24/7 fitness room. I’ll definitely will be booking here again.
