Excellent services

Was hoping for more children playgrounds and areas where toddlers could play besides swim. There were a lot of kids at the hotel who probably would have enjoyed other areas. Overall very nice hotel and beautiful golf courses

I live close to PGA National Resort and am often there for meetings but never stayed as a guest. A long time ago, I went to the spa and it was less than wonderful and that left a lasting impression with me. I can't tell you how thrilled I am that PGA National Resort is NOTHING like that experience I had so many moons ago. The room was spacious and inviting and I loved the layout of the bathroom. I had a massage with Tobi Ann that was one of the best I have ever had. The water area is lovely but I preferred to relax and enjoy the space inside the ladies lounge which was soothing, peaceful and extremely comfortable. The staff were terrific and the cleanliness of the area was top notch. Breakfast at Birdies Diner was delicious. The omelette was cooked perfectly and the micro greens on top added to the look and taste. The fruit was seasonal and spot on. I had been told that the milkshakes are amazing so I tried a chocolate milkshake for dessert. It was worthy! Add to it that the people working at Birdies Diner were fabulous and you are left with a winning combination. I am thrilled to know that there is a top-notch resort in my backyard. It is the perfect place to go for a staycation and will definitely recommend friends and family stay there.

Had a great time by the pool and just exploring the resort grounds. Played the Staple and hit the range as too not take too much time it was a lot of fun! Will be back for sure!

I wanted to share feedback about our recent stay. The resort itself was beautiful, and the staff was truly EXCELLENT. Threasa at the front desk was exceptional, and every employee we interacted with in the spa was wonderful. Unfortunately, our final evening was impacted by our experience at Honeybelle, where we chose to celebrate our daughter’s 13th birthday. During our dinner, there was a very large group at the restaurant for a soccer tournament, and the noise level was overwhelming. Throughout our meal, the group was extremely loud and disruptive. Adults and kids were repeatedly going in and out of the gate next to our table—slamming it well over a hundred times—which made it difficult to even focus on our conversation. The group behind us was yelling, shouting “Shots!” and “Let’s drink!” while their kids ran around the restaurant kicking soccer balls. We couldn’t speak to each other during what was supposed to be a special birthday dinner. Finally, when the situation became intolerable, I spoke to the hostess. She sent a manager who was polite, but she explained that the tournament groups pay a lot to be there and that she would not be saying anything to them, even though she acknowledged their behavior was unacceptable. Hearing that was incredibly disappointing. Unfortunately, this behavior continued throughout the rest of our stay. Kids with no adult supervision were kicking soccer balls down the hallways and in the lobby. We couldn’t even pull our luggage through the hotel without being hit by a ball or nearly run into by unsupervised children. The adults were just as loud and intoxicated, and no one seemed to be monitoring their kids. I was honestly floored. It felt as though, because we were just one family and the tournament groups brought in more revenue, our experience was less important. I work very hard as a first responder serving my community, and I only get one vacation a year. I am devastated that this is how our trip ended. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that future guests—especially families celebrating special occasions—can enjoy the peaceful, respectful environment your resort is known for.

Nice facility, but almost every chair or couch in the lobby/bar area was stained and/or dirty and my room chair was torn. Unacceptable for a resort of this level and stature.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and many of us play golf so we decided on staying there. The families loved it! Fantastic and very challenging courses! Courses are in amazing condition. Great pool area with bar! Had cigars by the pool. Going back next week with the kids for another baseball tournament in Jupiter and will be putting in some golf in our down time. Great golf staff! They make you feel at home!

Lived in the area for my whole life but this was my first time staying at this resort, it was very nicely decorated and each of the rooms we stayed in were beautiful, the second one being one of my favorite hotel rooms I’ve stayed in, very large suites with great golf course views. The service was on point from people at the front desk like Theresa to outside staff like the bartender Amanda and the food runners at the bar like Taylor. We loved our stay and will be back soon.
