The location wise is near impact but not easy accessible to eatery places like 7-11 etc. And they didn’t give the dryer and cannot ask for extra pillows.

everything is good, but didn't provide hair dryer, need to bring by your own. And when I check in, I didn't receive a clearly message like which floor that I should go, just give me the access key and say nothing 😂 Luckily, I had stayed in hotels before, so I roughly knew which floor the corresponding number corresponded to. 😂 But maybe I check in at 9pm? Reception aren't quite clear on the process? I don't know, but for my is everything OK, no problem

A pretty decent stay if you’re here for a short trip! Checked in around 1am-ish and experienced some issues with the door not opening. Receptionist came to help out right away and help me switched rooms. Second night had issues with the room key and he helped out right away as well. Location was a 6 min walk from the MRT so it was pretty accessible! Overall not a bad stay for a 3D2N trip

Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, the staff responded promptly and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, convenience, and excellent service. Easy to find the place and big room for couple. We got there around 12:00am, staff are still active and help us.

Hotel staff was very friendly and nice. Stayed for Thaifex during this period. It is about 15 mins to the exhibition area and there is Big C and a huge shopping mall nearby, got to travel by GrabCar or GrabBike.

Quiet place , good for a short rest. Nothing much to do. Clean room!

Good, clean hotel. Not bad choice if attending event at Impact
