這次在大阪的住宿體驗特別好，尤其要誇誇酒店的前台工作人員！我們是一對六十歲的夫妻，出門旅遊難免有些不熟悉的地方，前台張小姐特別熱心，不管我們問什麼問題都耐心解答，態度特別親切。
最讓我們感動的是，知道我們要去機場，張小姐特意詳細解釋了從酒店出發的路線，包括坐什麼車、在哪裡換乘，還怕我們記不住，給畫了簡單的示意圖，真的特別貼心。有這樣的服務，讓我們在陌生的城市裡感覺特別温暖踏實。
真心推薦這家酒店，前台的服務太到位了，給我們的大阪之行增添了很多美好的回憶！

中國人友好，基本都是中文服務。地理位置還可以周圍有幾條地鐵線，不遠處有一個大型超市，裏面便當不錯，買回來酒店一樓可以加熱用餐，房間不算太大，但是24寸箱子可以輕鬆攤開有空餘，唯一就是衞生間太小了，胖點的可能轉身有點困難，我們住的沒有浴缸，不知其他房型怎麼樣！整體還是不錯的！前台小秀非常熱心，點贊！

非常乾淨對中國人很友好。服務人員基本都是中國人雖然房間很小但是一層的公共區域可以吃飯，還有很多地方沒有的吸煙區
