這次住希爾頓真的讓我大開眼界，差到超出想象。和宣傳照片完全不是一回事，根本不像是同一家酒店，真的非常失望。
首先，房間整體環境和平台上展示的圖片差距太大，照片看着像是高端舒適，結果一到現場發現又舊又破，完全被欺騙了。床小得一轉身就怕掉下來，每晚上被子基本都會有掉到地上的部分。衞生間更是小得離譜，轉個身都費勁，住起來特別壓抑。我快要幽閉恐懼症了。
服務也非常不走心。床頭餐巾紙用完了，第二天都沒人補；我和朋友把兩支牙刷分開放在兩個杯子裏，結果打掃完直接被放到一起，這種最基本的衞生細節都不顧，真的讓人很難理解——就不能想想我們為啥不放在一起的嗎？
最不爽的是服務態度。我點了客房餐，一位疑似韓國籍的服務員來送，除了我主動問價格時才給我看了一下小票，全程一句話都沒有，就一直“啊西啊西”地自言自語。我好聲好氣地跟他説thank you、have a nice day，他連看都不看我一眼，零迴應，完全沒有一點基本的尊重和禮貌。
最諷刺的是，這房一晚要兩千多，體驗感卻跟幾百塊的通勤酒店沒區別——甚至還更差。裝修老舊，細節糙得讓人無法忽視，一點都不值這個價。
總之，這是一次非常糟糕的住宿經歷。希爾頓以後不會再住了，連路過都不想進去。建議大家謹慎考慮，別重蹈覆轍。
