Travelodge - Northampton Upton Way

Room was quite stinky. They need to improve on air quality of the room. Water pressure in bathroom was very low, it was so difficult to shower.

Have booked a room for my parents who are coming to stay with their dog and have access needs. Will went above and beyond for us and made sure that they've got EXACTLY what they need. So very helpful Will is a credit to Travelodge

I had a wonderful stay. I was welcomed by the staff with a smile who were very pleasant and lovely. I had no problems. The room was really spacious, Clean and the bed was so comfy. It was easy to get to places with everything around the hotel. I would recommend the Travelodge. I wouldn’t stay any where else apart from here. I will be going back very soon as always. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I was booked in for a works stay. I arrived at 3.45 pm and the chap on reception was very polite but I had to ask about my breakfast that was paid for . Room 101 was two small single beds and a fan was blowing when I arrived so it was lovely and cool. There are lots of restaurants near by I ate at Bella Italia a ten minute walk on the retail park opposite. Along with lots of restaurants and a pub and cinema. I probably wouldn't recommend the walk alone for a female at night as a closed down tgi Fridays looks like some shady people about. I had a lovely walk around a lake in the afternoon which was lovely. The room was quiet noisy but thankfully not at night. The petrol station is handy with all the m and s goodies. I would definitely recommend and return.

I arrived at the travel lodge at 23.15 where I had to wait for 15 minutes for a staff member to come and answer the door and check me in!! Only to be told I should have called a number which I didnt have! To reach her to open the door and that she was the only person on shift! Ridiculous!! Maybe the number should be visable on the door or in view of the door so that i could call!! Obviously its not her fault if shes the only person on shift but maybe there should be someone at check in to make sure that when people arrive theyre not stood outside calling the bell on and off constantly until someone answers. Very disappointed as I use travel lodge a lot

A hotel that could do with a complete makeover. The room door didn't lock. The door to the bathroom we could hardly close, let alone lock.

Very helpful gentleman on reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Room clean and comfortable. Absolutely tons of restaurants nearby and free WiFi 24/7 from the BP nearby.

I had to make a stopover at this hotel on a long drive back from Leeds to Hove and was amazed at how luxurious it seemed. Gorgeous big bed, soft lighting and very quiet. Had a very good nights sleep and would definitely recommend.

My stay was very nice, especially the service from Will and Marisa who went above and beyond what i would say is standard duties of a receptionist.
