THE BROCK NIAGARA FALLS FALLSVIEW, TAPESTRY BY HILTON

The location is very good. It is close to the Rainbow Bridge and we can directly walk to the USA. The service staffs are friendly and helpful. The 10th floor restaurant has a good view to see the water falls. The concerns are that the Queen's bedroom is too tiny. Just a small Queen bed (it is the Queens bedroom, but I think it is a full side bed) in the room. The bathroom is a tiny room with a shower and a child type toilet. The clothes handling pole is weak. I handed a light jacket and it crashed.

Very satisfy with the service and facility. The breakfast is very very good. Service and view are both amazing.

The hotel location is around 5-8 minutes on foot to the Niagara Falls Ferry so it’s very convenient. I can’t say the room they gave me was the best, the “view” was of the pool, there were fruit flies, the ventilation in the bathroom released a really musty odor if not turned on, and the floors were not very clean. Overall 6.8/10.

The hotel is at a prime location, only a few steps from Clifton Hill. The renovation inside the hotel looks new, both inside the room and in public areas. The biggest drawback is that the bathroom is extremely small. We have two young kids who still needs help taking a shower, and it's almost impossible to do that without making the entire bathroom wet.

Old dark hotel with stuffy air. Would not be back and will not recommend.

Hotel was absolutely fabulous. We had a fantastic view of the falls and the staff were fantastic. We had a slight issue with the shower which was fixed super quickly. The beds were so comfy and the overall hotel was in great condition. Steak restaurant is a must as is breakfast - both were amazing. Cannot fault this hotel at all.

Beautiful hotel! Great location near the main ***** and walking distance from everything we wanted to see. Room was a bit small and tight but still very nice stay.

The room and the service corridors on the floors have extremely high humidity levels, and the air conditioning systems are not functioning properly.
