Stayed for 3 nights but the housekeeper didn’t change the sheets and vacuum the room at all when they came to make the room … just only got the new towels and took away all the trash for us. The front desks are all friendly and helpful. The water pressure when take showers isn’t that strong. Breakfast is a lot of variety and the location is good.

What was supposed to be a quick two-night stay while we attended medical appointments quickly turned into five nights. As anyone who has dealt with medical scheduling knows, plans can change in an instant. Thankfully, the entire team at SpringHill Suites Morgantown made a stressful situation so much easier. Everyone was incredibly accommodating as we needed to extend our stay and handle a few last-minute requests. Every interaction was met with a smile, kindness, and a genuine willingness to help, which meant more to us than they probably realize. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent each morning. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax after long days at the hospital. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff for your kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. During a difficult week, you helped make one part of our journey simple and stress-free. We truly appreciate everything you did and would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family. The hotel is family-friendly, and the breakfast had a nice variety. Friendly staff and a great overall experience.

After a long 10-hour drive from Canada, we arrived at SpringHill Suites late in the evening. The nearby AutoZone had recommended the hotel, and we were very pleased with our stay. Scott at the front desk gave us an exceptionally warm welcome and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He was even there the following morning and personally came to our room to assist us with a request. His level of customer service was truly outstanding. We also received excellent service from the gentleman working the night shift, whom I believe was named Jordan. The room was comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed, and the breakfast was excellent. A special thank you to Scott for making our stay such a pleasant one. He is a tremendous asset to the hotel, and we would happily stay here again.

Came to Morgantown for grandsons’ baseball tournament and stayed at the Springhill Suites by Marriott. Was so pleased…everything was perfect from check in by friendly General Manager to a very nice and very clean room. Loved the beds and all white bedding and the temperature in the room was great for sleeping. Bathroom very clean and the sitting area was a bonus. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel! Great stay!

Poorly maintained Springhill. Room 331 I stayed in recently - sink clogged and inoperable. Toilet and shower was dirty on arrival. Shower is molding and crusting over. The duvet cover on the king bed looks like it was not cleaned and several stains on it. The HVAC system was either blasting running or off. When on the heat smelled like burning and the air took forever to change temperatures. The breakfast and lobby was okay standard fare. Most breakfast items were packaged. Not everything was replaced or replenished. Parking was ample and no issue. Area is on a Main Street adjacent to Sheetz. Would recommend Marriott Waterfront and not the Springhill Suites Morgantown.

Close to everything, beautiful clean room, sleep great. Got up to take a shower, NO hot water? Let it run 15 minutes and nothing. Hot breakfast was good, coffee was strong? Ice machine was broken and the smell of chlorine in the lobby and 2nd floor lobby was strong. I guess my weekend stay rate of $129 was too low to have everything perfect.
