Hampton Inn Morgantown

The room was not cleaned very well. There appeared to be an olive or something on the floor that I was too scared to touch. There were also stains on the comforter from what looked like blood by the foot of the bed. The fitted sheet and flat sheet had at least been changed, but stained linens should always be washed in a decent hotel. The toilet was also old and did not flush well. No signs of bugs or anything that alarming. I was just not pleased with the cleanliness as someone who has stayed in a lot of hotels. The location is perfect for access to the hospital, so it has that going for it. Overall, it’s an average budget hotel with some room to improve.

We stopped here on the way to Canada and it was a little bit off the main highway. The advantage was an Applebees next door. After being in the car for 7 hours the last thing we wanted to do was drive for dinner. Hotel was nice, the only issue we had was connecting to the internet. When we called the front desk she kept telling us the password and we said it doesn't work. She said I don't know what to tell you then. The next morning the girl at the front desk said there was another password she could have given us because people have had trouble with the other password. The breakfast was excellent and hotel was clean.

The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, the room smelled like wet dog and everything in the room was covered with dust. Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so you can't see in the mirror after showering.

It was my 3rd stay. Had it been my first, I’d have not returned. Greeted by kind staff & after long ride was grateful. The room was not clean. The bed linens were fine. But the surfaces in the room were not wiped down (sticky/crumbs/etc). Same with bathroom surfaces. Leftover toiletries remained in shower, tp not properly replenished & floor was sticky. There are so many options in Morgantown & bare minimum needs to be met to remain competitive.

Very friendly and professional staff. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was warm, tasty and very satisfying. Serving staff for breakfast very friendly and warm and inviting. Location close to campus and interstate. Several restaurants easy walking distance. Excellent value and will return if in the area again. Great people!!

It was very nice. Have stayed there multiple times, my only complaint is the price was raised because of events going on in the area and it makes it sad because we were there for medical.

Constant dogs barking. Actually have video. Left day early. Front desk laughed when we complained about dogs barking all night.

Check in personnel could have been friendlier & more helpful. Checkout personnel was very pleasant.
