Aloft Austin Airport

Nice hotel, staff very helpful.

一切依舊，令人滿意。各服務人員漂亮、和善，令人賓至如歸

酒店不錯，位於機場附近，就是靠近主路這側的隔音一般，有點吵，其他都不錯

設施比較簡單，靠近機場方便出行。

I commute to Austin for work multiple times a month and every time, I choose to stay here. I know what to expect—from the shuttle service to the cleanliness of the room. Consistency is important to me, and in my line of work—more so. I’m always warmly welcomed by the staff, especially CJ with shuttle service and Mila and Eli with the front desk. Keep up the great work!

Visiting Austin with my husband for the weekend celebrating our anniversary & I couldn’t have been more pleased with the stay at this Hotel, from being greeted and taken care off to checking out. Very pleased with their customer service and a big shout to Ms. Diana, Elie & Mila! You guys rock!

My experience was definitely great and will definitely stay again! The person that helped us was Diana and she was friendly and very helpful. Place was cleaned and well maintained which we thought was great.

The Hispanic lady with long hair at the front desk made the stay incredible. She was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to give great recommendations for sites near the hotel to go explore, and great food options close by as well. The hotel also has a great gym for those wanting to exercise.

My work requires me to travel to Austin quite a bit, and I stay at the Aloft near the Austin airport. The front desk agents, Mila and Zandi, are phenomenal. Every time I return, they’re hospitable and courteous, and have been helpful to make my stays for work comfortable. The beds are quite comfortable and having stayed on both sides of the property, you don’t hear any traffic from the airport or highway on either side of side. The rooms are quite clean and the mini fridge keeps any travel supplies that require refrigeration very cold. Thanks for the comfortable stay Aloft and thanks for your help and hospitality Mila and Zandi!
