Genting Hotel at Resorts World Birmingham

A fantastic stay, with the most amenities possible for a hotel! I strongly recommend Genting, it felt incredibly luxurious or affordable price. 10/10 room cleanliness, pool facilities and spa, and the bar closing times are incredibly late (for the connected Sky Bar it was 1:30am!) Well connected with Birmingham International train station. Breakfast was great with a hot and cold buffet and à la carte options, although quite pricey at £17 a head.

Great location! Attended a Gala Night at The Vox, and it is in the same building as the hotel. Loved the complimentary mini bar and spa access, but they forgot to refill the bath soap and the coffee pods.

Friendly / helpful staff. Looked after luggage after checkout to pick up later. Great location just a 15 walk to hall 6 of NEC where event was being hosted

Amazing Hotel. from start to finish. Underground carpark included in my room rate which included electrical car charging via pod point. Check on was straight forward. We was allocated level 4 room Patronas which had two double beds we had requested twin room so this was perfect. bathtub with rain shower over. Espa products which where nice. 60 inch TV in the lounge area with separate sofa. breakfast in the Sky lounge on 5th floor which was superb. full traditional buffet with the added bonus of Al a carte. hotel has a brilliant ****** on the Saturday evening the had great live singers. Food in the ****** was first class and the badmr was responsibly priced. Spa area had outside hot tub. pool saina steam room. all very clean and beautiful. onto of this the hitel is situated on resort world so lots to do from shopping in the outlet. peppa pig world for younger families. tutankhamen and Titanic experiences. The National Exhibition Centre. BP Pulce. music venue. outstanding service, location and service. I will be back.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service during my recent stay at your hotel. This booking was meant to be a special occasion, as it was both my anniversary and my wife’s birthday. Prior to arrival, I was assured that a good room and thoughtful service would be provided to make the occasion memorable. Unfortunately, none of this was delivered. From the moment we arrived, the level of hospitality was extremely disappointing. There was no effort made to acknowledge or accommodate the special occasion. The room itself was poorly prepared, with insufficient water provided. I had also made a reservation for dinner in advance, yet nothing was pre-arranged. We were left waiting a long time before anyone even came to take our order, which added to the frustration. The room service experience was equally poor. The staff member on the phone was rude, and the food took over an hour to arrive. Even a simple request for water took nearly three hours, which is completely unacceptable. Overall, what was meant to be a meaningful and celebratory stay turned into a very disappointing experience due to the lack of basic service standards and hospitality. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements so that other guests do not face similar issues.

Great place

Everything is good , but the shame is the hotel not providing any slippers for the customers. Other than that everything is perfect location, entertainment. Cinema and bowling within walking distance.
