DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown

Good hotel but not easy to get to, restaurants/bar should be open much later then 10:00 pm

Great hotel, good location adjacent the train station. Wonderful rotisserie chicken & the best breakfast. Paulo goes above & beyond to assist you at breakfast & very informative.

I showed up to the double tree in Manchester to see my father, as he usually stays there. When I got in I realized he was at the other Hilton down the street. As I was walking out a hotel employee accosted me and treated me like a second class citizen. She acted demeaning and suspicious, for what reason I don’t know. It was humiliating.

The staff was outstanding - and juggling a huge NE Region youth soccer tournament. Jose and Frima were outstanding at the Penstock Brunch. Emerson, Michael, Juls and (Diana?) at the front desk were fantastic. Location downtown is great, walking distance to restaurants, bookstore, cafes. We stayed in several hotels over a couple week trip. This had the best bed and by far the best shower.

Sharazad Khalifa and Chef Rony Rivera. Their dedication, kindness, and attention to detail were evident in everything they prepared for us. It's clear they genuinely care about creating memorable experiences for guests, and they exceeded every expectation. Thank you again for helping create such a beautiful memory that my wife and I will cherish forever.

Staff was very kind & professional!! I loved my room & it was very close to our Wedding Venue & downtown. I did not like that I had to pay to park that was my only issue

Julio gave outstanding customer service when I was there. Great job by all
