Travelodge Letchworth Garden City

This hotel is ideally located, however be aware there is no dedicated parking. Rooms were fine, as was the welcome on arrival. Breakfast was very busy with some foods running out and awaiting time for their replenishment.

Handy location, clean and friendly

Easy hotel to find . I booked and paid for a plus room with breakfast . When we arrived the room wasn't available so we were given a standard room with no offer to refund the difference which was surprising (only a fiver but still...) We were so tired that we just wanted to sleep. Breakfast was sparse. The lady working there said it was because it was a bank holiday so they'd had no food delivery. The room was clean and nice enough, we had the last room on the top floor though with no WiFi. Parking is £3.50 for 24 hours, you pay outside on the machine but you still have to validate by entering your vrm on the tablet at reception.

Can't fault anything, breakfast was amazing,and the staff member Thoro was always so happy every morning she did a great job 👍

A very good experience staying at the travelodge Letchworth. Ivy and the reception staff were very helpful and polite. Thoro was very polite at breakfast. Room and food were good. Recommend staying here on business or pleasure

Only stopped over for the one night arrived late but was still able to get some dinner as impressed. Room clean and fresh nice bathroom, plenty of hot water. Breakfast was a bit sceptical at first as some site are poor but not this one food was well cooked and presented nicely Thoro dd a good job of it. Will be back when this way.

The two women on reception were very friendly and accommodating. Telling us about local pubs, and Letchworth. The room was spotless. The whole place feels good: bright, attractive, and pleasant to arrive at. Breakfast, overseen by a woman called Thoro, was great as well. She's good company. Friendly. Helpful. Good experience all round.

It was a good stay, all staff were friendly and professional. Ivy and Thoro particularly were very helpful and offered great service The room was clean and all amenities provided for.
