Very good location. Subway is just a block away with 3 convenience stores, a Mcdonalds and a starbucks nearby. Around 10mins walk to Nishiki market and Daimaru Department store.

Great Location & Spacious Room, but Cleaning Policy Could Be Improved
The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the train station, plenty of eateries, and lots of different convenience stores around. The room size is quite spacious by Japan standards, which comes with Microwave and washing machine and dryer in the room, which made the stay comfortable.
However, the housekeeping policy could be improved. Full room cleaning is only provided after a 6-night stay, which seems a bit too long. During my 5-night stay, only towels were changed and bins cleared as per my request. It would have felt cleaner with more regular housekeeping.

之所以選擇這家酒店，是來自同事的推薦！入住後，發現正如我同事所説：酒店周邊很方便，地鐵、公交、超市、葯粧店、網紅餐廳遍佈。離新京極商店街和核心商圈步行就10幾分鐘，且全是直路！房間也很大，很安靜。早餐偏日式，很不錯！酒店客服非常熱情、細心！很不錯的體驗！

Хороший отель, расположен очень удобно! За чистоту сняла 1 звезду, потому что когда мы заселялись, номер (а особенно стол, за которым планировали поужинать) был грязным и после долгого переезда из Токио это омрачило первое впечатление. В остальном отель хороший, персонал прекрасный, приветливый, старается помочь.
