衹是一次一言難盡的旅程，地理位置很好，但是服務可以説糟糕透了！房間打掃需要預約才會給你打掃房間。就算你預約了他們也會忘記的，而且他們十分尊貴的服務人員也會告訴你過了時間，他們不會給你換床單，旅客需要遵從他們的時間規則！三天不給你打掃，但是如果你把垃圾放到房間外面要罰款300元馬幣。在我去投訴時三位同胞要我去投訴，原因是房間的床上有很多螞蟻🐜。驚不驚喜 意不意外😳地板是粘粘的 走起來 粘着鞋底 ，還有等電梯也是一種考驗，四部電梯但是很慢！總之這是我最後一次住這間酒店，同胞們，珍愛自己遠離這間酒店🏨

The hotel is amazing, with an unbeatable view of the twin towers, especially the infinity pool, a unique experience. The twin towers are very close and you can walk there for breakfast. Highly recommended! I will stay here again next time!

The room has everything for a comfortable stay. Excellent location, within walking distance of the Petronas Towers and shopping centers. The room itself is clean, stunning view from the window. There is a pool on the roof with a view of the towers.
