We had a great stay at this homestay. The place was clean, comfortable, and had good space for families. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. It’s close to the city centre, which made getting around easy. There were a few small marks on the walls, but nothing major. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay.

The room is full of ants with some cockroaches, air conditioning was not working, the hotel refused to switch room for us, with the excuse the hotel is all full. After 2 hours of getting the booking agent involved, it was close to midnight, they finally switched a room for us, but then refused to provide us extra blankets, and refused to give us refund. Terrible place with poor hygiene and poor customer services. Hot water was not working, my kids had to shower with cold water at midnight.

It is very inconvenient if you check in late or check out early, there is a fine. You can only enter the territory with luggage by car. They do not allow you to take a taxi. I had to get out of the taxi and wait until they come and pick me up by car to enter the territory. The same goes back. The room is terrible. The floors are sticky. Ants. The sofa in the guest room is falling apart. Pros: location and view from the window. I will not come again. And I do not recommend it.
