Good room service and breakfast

Excellent hotel all around. Friendly, helpful staff, extensive breakfast choices, very comfortable room.

Rooms on the back side are very noisy from the traffic on Route 1. Hard to get a good night's sleep.

Have to give this hotel a C, maybe a C-. After we checked in, we found that Housekeeping had not restocked our room. The bath wash and conditioner were empty and we had to wait for the next day for them to be replenished and the Kleenex box was empty. I was able to get Kleenex from the front desk. The breakfast was good and the pool area cleaned. I didn’t realize this hotel was close to a highway so we heard traffic all the time, the front desk was courteous. Would try a different hotel in the area when we come back,

Our room was on the street side of the building. The noise was so severe that we were unable to sleep!

This property is very well maintained on the exterior; fine on the inside. Overall, I would say it is a physically appealing property. BUT, we were very surprised to see that our room faced a main thoroughfare (not sure if it was a highway, or just a very busy road) but it was really quite noisy. Lots of truck noise and vehicle noise. That was a surprise to us as the front of the building is such a nice area. The service was fine, people were fine but I don't think I would stay here again due to it's noise. If I did, I would at least mention at check in that I need a room that is NOT facing the busy road that we were just put in. We are Marriott Gold Members, so we stay at many different Marriotts/Fairfield Inn & Suites/Courtyards, etc. Thank you.

Good price off of the busier Rt. 1 corridor, near Longwood Gardens. Equivalent to a Hampton Inn. Only one sink, only one light in bathroom (so no direct light on your face, no outlet on one side of the bed. We could not hear a bathroom fan running on the vent. Otherwise happy with our stay.
