A wonderful hotel with an excellent location, just a short walk from the entrance to Jiuzhaigou National Park. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of choices. The room was clean, and the staff were very helpful. If I visit Jiuzhaigou again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again..

Is clean and super near jzg entrance. Room is big. Service staffs are nice. We checked out to go jzg and left our bag in the hotel first. When we are back to collect our bags, the staffs still welcome us to take the drinks and rest at the lobby before heading out again. Bf is normal.

This was the best hotel experience of my entire trip. I especially want to thank one of the night-shift staff members. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but she was always incredibly helpful, kind, and willing to assist with everything. She provided excellent service with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, and I truly appreciated it. Honestly, she made such a wonderful impression on me that I want to visit Jiuzhaigou again partly because of her. Every time I think about her kindness, it brings a smile to my face. She made me understand what truly exceptional hospitality feels like. The hotel itself was also fantastic. It offers breakfast, laundry facilities, and an onsen (hot spring bath), which made our stay even more comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, only about a 400-meter walk away, and the hotel is conveniently close to the pick-up and drop-off point for the high-speed rail station, which was extremely convenient. Most importantly, the hotel has the adorable cat, Huahua! She is incredibly cute and made our stay even more memorable and enjoyable. Everything was perfect — 10/10/10! Highly recommended! 💛🧡❤️🩷💜💙🩵💚

I am surprised that this hotel a 5-Diamond rating. The hotel entrance and overall condition do not reflect the standards. The fact that earplugs are provided in every room says a lot about the noise issues guests can expect. During check-in, I was also informed that there was no cold air-conditioning and was told to simply open the window if the room became hot. This was shocking, especially during summer. Service standards need improvement as well. I witnessed guests smoking while walking along the corridor, and staff appeared to ignore the situation. Review the CCTV. With so many other hotels located within a five-minute walk.

The location is the star here — just 200m from the Jiuzhaigou entrance and within walking distance of plenty of dining options including McDonald's, KFC, Chagee, and more. You really are paying for the convenience, and it delivers on that front. The room itself is on the smaller side, and the TV remote was oddly frustrating to use. That said, the hotel makes up for it with some nice little perks: complimentary snacks in the room, free ice from the lobby, and self-service laundry also available. May not be the best value for money, but the location is hard to beat. I'd stay here again on my next visit to Jiuzhaigou.

Very good service. Comfortable place. Good facility. We enjoy the hot spring and sauna. This hotel is close to jiujaighou national park. Walking around only 3-5 min to the national park.

An incredible hotel, very close to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou national park, less than 10 minute walk away. We stayed in the family suite, which was beautiful, had a really nice layout and was very well designed. It had extremely comfortable beds, a lovley shower and bathroom. The amnesties were nice, especially the hair dryer, gym, and jacuzzi. I would highly recommend this hotel to people!
