Property exactly as advertised. Beautiful location and only 15 minutes from Newport. Amazing view! We’ll be back!

The cottage was great, with a fantastic view of the bay. We enjoyed having the use of the private beach in the rear of the property.

We had a great stay! Gary was very fast to communicate when we ran into any issues and being able to use the boat was a great unexpected perk of this property. If coming to Rhode Island we would recommend staying here!

Sarah was so friendly and such a pleasure to work with. The house was perfect for my family and right on the water! My son had endless fun playing on the beach while I sipped my coffee from the chairs in the yard.When we arrived, the house was spotless and very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a charming cozy house on the ocean with direct access down to the bay. Everything was clean the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. The owners were available and responsive when there was a problem. Could not have asked for better!

We were in RI to attend our son’s ODS graduation. We found the property to a dream. We were nestled along the shoreline. We swam, took walks in the neighborhood, played yard games and enjoyed some amazing family time. Plenty to do in the area. We enjoyed a boat tour and a tour of the mansions. Additionally ate some of the best food at a half dozen restaurants. RI will always hold a warm space in my heart.

Great stay… ideas: more ice trays and an ice bucket for the freezer. Lawn games (Cornhole). Beach towels. Working dryer. Hooks for towels in bedrooms. Book with best bets for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Beautiful property, some kinks to be worked out Beautiful property right on the water. There was a kink in the check in (received the wrong code by email) and the listing did not make clear that there was only air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. The owner is new to renting and said he would address this going forward.

Fantastic Amazing location. We had a blast. The house and the host were awesome!
