Great location! Short walk to the beach, 5min drive to center! A lot of capacity

Home was clean. Host was responsive. The only issue at all was that one bedroom stayed uncomfortably hot while the other was very cold. The location was beautiful and safe.

This house was perfect for a girls’ trip. The house was clean, the owner was very responsive and the location was great. It was a very quick drive to Jamestown, and easy access to Newport. We enjoyed using the beach supplies at Mackeral Cove and it was nice to be able to walk to the water at the other beach as well. Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Nice quiet neighborhood, dedicated parking spots. Plenty of room for our family. Adequately furnished and clean. The checkin and checkout instructions were timely and clear. Minor negative is the baseboard heat in the kitchen area - makes an annoying buzzing sound when the heat kicks on. Overall though was a nice experience and would consider another stay if we're in the area again.

Will stay again 11 Nun was a perfect stay for our family and to visit with relatives that live in the area. Once we learned where all kitchen items were we did fine. I added measuring cups and teaspoons/tablespoon to the kitchen as there were none.Listing said central air but it was window units; an exhaust fan in the bathroom would have been nice. The first part of our time was during a RI heatwave. The deck was fabulous and the beach chairs a plus.

Great spot, close to everything Everything was great. No issues, owner was responsive, all good from our perspective.

4th of July weekend in Rhode Island We loved our stay in this house. Lots of room and so close to many RI cities.

A wonderful find for a laid back girl’s trip! Plenty of room for everyone to relax, and easy access to beaches and downtown Newport! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a lovely and secluded break.
