Quaint Downtown Jamestown R.I. Home -Walking distance to Newport Ferry and Beach

Great house, especially for location and pet-friendly. Large deck with grill and big yard. Kitchen is well- equipped. Host is responsive. Not on the beach but walking distance to a small one and honestly nicer than any beach houses I saw at this price. We would go back!

Wonderful Jamestown location...just a couple blocks from restaurants, grocery store, shops and the marina. Incredibly clean home with well stocked kitchen. Front porch, back/side deck and a quiet neighborhood. 10 minute drive to Newport. We would recommend this home to family and friends.

Nice home, well maintained. A lovely neighborhood. Walkable to downtown. Upstairs shower was alittle challenging but overall had a great time . Locked ourselves out and Paul replied immediately and assisted with getting us back in!

The location of this home is exactly what we were looking for for our Easter weekend in Jamestown. Walkable to town, Church and the waterfront was perfect. The fireplace was a cozy addition and needed on the chilly weekend. 5 stars for cleanliness, information provided upon arrival about the home and the town, and the host was very communicative. The outdoor space was lovely as well. Highly recommend this house!!

Well-appointed and clean house, that was quiet and private but still near the downtown (very walkable). Owners were responsive to messaging, and accommodating. Would recommend and would stay again.

We loved this cottage and will be back! This home hit all the marks on the picky things I care about: enough wall hooks in foyer, bathroom and anywhere an item would need to be hung; clean floor rugs in the bathroom; more than one roll of paper towels in the kitchen; extra blankets; newer pillows on the bed; a pet bed in the living area, a washer & dryer, a three-sides- fenced backyard; and every kitchen item we could possibly need. The bonus was the one-click gas fireplace. We used it a lot! The home was in walking distance to the marina, restaurants and shops. McQuade’s Grocery Store was about a block away. It provided our Thanksgiving Meal. Owner Paul was easy to communicate with and he responded quickly to questions. We would definitely stay here again due to location, cleanliness, convenience and price.

We were very happy with the home's proximity to shops, restaurants and the waterfront. Being able to walk to everything was a highlight, and we enjoyed not having to drive while we were there. Communication with the host was easy and prompt.

This was the perfect property for a girl's weekend in Newport. The property was spotless and well appointed. The front porch was perfect for coffee and reading in the morning and cocktails before bed. There are a bunch of restaurants very close (Beech was amazing) and a grocery store with everything you could need right around the corner. It was only a quick trip over the bridge to Thames Street and a tiny bit farther to the mansions.The host was very responsive and the house made the trip perfect!

The property was very clean, comfortable and cozy plus well stocked with needed items. It’s definitely walkable to the downtown restaurants and shops. Best part was once downtown, you’re staring right at the beautiful marina! Highly recommend.
