Clean and beautiful room, fantastic location for safety: polite, friendly and informative front desk team; & easy access to self parking. Short walk to The Garage for a plethora of delicious and nutritious food options for everyone. Great experience while traveling with kids. Thank you for setting high standards and a team that works with professionalism and integrity. We appreciate it and will continue to visit!

My wife and I wanted to get away for a long weekend and since we hadn’t been to Indianapolis we decided to go there. After some research we decided to stay at this hotel and are extremely happy that we did. The accommodations were perfect, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff are amazing. Everything was clean and we loved all the little touches in the room such as the umbrella, Nespresso coffee, the Hunter soaps, etc. We had breakfast from room service and it was hot and very tasty. This will be our go to hotel for future stays

The Bottleworks Hotel is an oasis just outside of downtown Indianapolis. It is located on Massachusetts Avenue, which is filled with fantastic dining and shopping options. For someone who is not fully familiar with the city, it makes travel to Indy very relaxing and easy. When we arrived at the hotel (this was our second visit), the staff was energetic and lovely. Our room was immaculate, spacious, modern and even had an outdoor terrace. The hotel vibe is lively (it has a great coffee shop, restaurant, bar and even nail salon), but it still feels quiet and intimate. We can’t wait to return! Our hotel stay really made the whole trip comfortable and luxurious!

What a unique and amazing hotel. The stay far exceeded my expectations at every turn. There is such attention to detail in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Very few hotels get this right nowadays in my opinion. I couldn't find one thing wrong or one thing to complain about...not that I was looking! The staff was attentive and super friendly from the valet to the front desk to the people working in the restaurant and bar. Keep doing what you're doing and please keep this place a special gem because that is exactly what it is.

We wanted to stay at a more unique, fun hotel for our wedding anniversary, and Bottleworks Hotel completely delivered. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely excellent. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to help us celebrate. A huge standout was the concierge team. They were incredibly helpful and took care of making reservations for us at Piedra Mexican Steakhouse, an amazing, elevated spot right nearby. They also gave us suggestions on the best places to check out around downtown Indianapolis, which made exploring the city so much easier. The lobby, halls, and open spaces are artsy and well appointed and fun to explore. Our room was nothing short of amazing. The design is stunning, mixing historic charm with modern luxury, and it provided the perfect backdrop for a romantic getaway--plus they had a bottle of bubbles on ice and a wonderful dessert ready when we arrived. Before our trip, I happened to tell a friend that we were staying in Indianapolis at Bottleworks. They immediately shared their own wonderful experience with us, which made us look forward to the trip even more. Their high praise was entirely justified! We had a fantastic time and cannot recommend this hotel enough. We will definitely stay here if we are ever in Indianapolis again or will check out their other properties in other cities.

Visited the Bottleworks Hotel based upon a very positive recommendation from a friend - the best review possible. The lobby is not a cookie-cutter approach taken by other hotels but a unique Art Nouveau theme. Reception staff were flawless and made a great recommendation for a nearby restaurant. Exposed I-beams add to the character of the hotel and the bed was perfect. Also appreciated the ample ports and power receptacles. Area near the hotel is close to the freeway to make access easy and we had no concerns walking around at night. We will be back.

Our experience was fantastic from valet upon arrival, to customer service at check in. Everything was great! The room was clean. We really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely stay again!
