The Post Oak Hotel was amazing! My unforgettable Post Oak experience started with checking in with Miss Gabby. The Post Oak Hotel professionalism makes this 5 star hotel different from your everyday hotel. Post Oak Concierge Rubin was a pleasure to speak with regarding my dining options. Lunch at Bloom & Bee delicious. Shelby was my waitress. The food & cocktails were delicious. I sat poolside relaxing without one concern. Emma made sure I had everything I needed poolside, towels, cocktails, shaded area along with water, what more can I say. And my high floor room views of Houston Texas downtown, comfy bed, state of the art TV’s, plush bathroom wrapped in Marble with luxurious chandelier’s and the most needed lighting for pictures and videos. Some of my room goodies, Electronic coffee maker, TV’s that rises up from a cabinet, nightstands with dim lighting, remote controls from a apple tablet, desk & cozy couch, luxurious soap & hand lotions, marble soaking jet tub and If I needed anything more, I could ring my personal butler. Thank you Post Oak Hotel my experience was exceptional. Sincerely Kim❤️

I’ve stayed at The Post Oak Hotel a few times over the past couple of years and realized I never actually wrote a review, which is long overdue. The biggest thing that stands out is how consistent everything is. Every stay has felt the same in the best way possible. The service is always on point. The front desk team is friendly, welcoming, and makes the check in and check out process feel effortless. The lobby itself is impressive the moment you walk in. It’s one of those spaces you actually want to spend time in. It’s a great spot to grab a coffee in the morning and just sit for a bit and people watch. The rooms are probably the best I’ve stayed in. They’re spacious, well designed, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the details. The beds are extremely comfortable with high end linens, and great skyline views. The bathrooms are just as impressive with large marble layouts, soaking tubs, and high end bath products that make it feel more like a spa than a standard hotel room. Even the smaller touches stand out like a fully stocked minibar, Nespresso machine, and overall attention to detail throughout the room. Overall, this is one of those hotels that just delivers every time. The service, the atmosphere, and especially the rooms make it an easy recommendation if you are staying in Houston.

If you’re looking for a 5 star experience! This is the hotel for you!! Everywhere we went we received exceptional customer service! Not to mention there are so many restaurants to choice from right next to the hotel! We chose Willie G’s which truly set the tone for our stay! This was an absolutely wonderful anniversary staycation!

My husband and I had an amazing staycation at the Post Oak to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary! Hotel paid attention to all the fine details, making our stay memorable. Can’t wait to go back!!!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay this time around. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below the standard I expected. Prior to my stay, I came to the hotel in person to book my rooms because I had several questions regarding my birthday celebration. Many of my questions either went unanswered or were answered incorrectly. I specifically explained to the front desk that I was hosting a pool party for my birthday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. At no point during the booking process was I informed that check-in was not until 4:00 PM. I was only made aware of this on the day of my reservation. Had I been properly informed, I could have made different arrangements. Since my event was taking place the same day I was checking in, I should have been advised that my room would not be available to accommodate my guests before 4:00 PM. Additionally, I was told before my arrival that the pool did not carry Don Julio 1942 but we would be provided with a bottle of Brut for renting the cabana (which did not come). Based on that information, I brought my own bottle and fully intended to pay the corkage fee if necessary. Upon arrival, I spoke with Rashad, who asked whether I had purchased the bottle from the hotel. I explained that I had not because I was previously told the hotel did not carry it. He informed me that the hotel does, in fact, sell 1942 and that I could not use my own bottle since it was not purchased on the property. When I inquired about the bottle of champagne, they also said it was if I rented the cabana the entire day and not half a day, which I also was not told initially. While this was disappointing, I accepted the policy and instead ordered drinks and food from the pool. Unfortunately, the service continued to decline. Food and drinks consistently took over 30 minutes to arrive. At one point, we ordered ceviche and requested additional chips after finishing the first basket. The chips never arrived, forcing us to throw away a significant portion of the ceviche before we had the opportunity to finish it. Our pool waitress was also extremely unprofessional throughout the afternoon. She frequently sighed, rolled her eyes, and appeared visibly frustrated whenever we ordered additional food or drinks. On several occasions, she walked away before we had finished placing our orders, requiring us to repeatedly flag her down. At one point, only one person’s order had been taken even though three people were still trying to order. When we called her back, she rolled her eyes and stated, “I have a lot to do.” We explained that we had not finished ordering, and she eventually apologized, acknowledging that her comment was inappropriate. Later, I was presented with a birthday cake, but while the candle was being lit, my hand was burned by the torch. Even after returning to check on me and seeing that I was icing my hand, the waitress never apologized. Instead, she asked how my hand was, and when I replied that it was burning, her response w

Beautiful hotel and the hospitality of the staff shined all through out! The room was marvelous, pool was so nice, and all the restaurants were amazing!
